CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

STEP - A fun and challenging step workout for all levels, taught with options for intensity and power moves. Intensity can be adjusted by step height.

 

STEP PLUS - A step class that ends with 15 minutes of athletic cross-training drills.


SPIKE IT CARDIO - Experience a fun, fat burning training class that is short in duration and high in effectiveness. Research proves that high intensity interval training will burn more calories and fat, than traditional longer cardio sessions.

 

KICKBOXING WORKOUT - Jump, punch, and kick your way fit in this awesome traditional kickboxing workout. Experience 3 minute rounds on the mitts, pads, and heavy bag, and be prepared to sweat. Wraps and gloves required, or will be provided.

 

CARDIO KICKBOXING - An exhilarating Martial Arts Style cardio class designed to give you a great workout while getting in touch with your inner warrior.

 

BODY CYCLE - Indoor cycling at its best! Enjoy creative workouts taught by master instructors with awesome music for the maximum cardio coloric burn. Water bottle and towel is required when attending class. You may reserve a bike 24 hours in advance, by contacting the front desk.

 

LATIN RYTHMS - Reggaeton, Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue!!! All these Latin flavors make one great total body workout. Expect to have a Latin cardio blast, while toning your arms, legs, hips, and thighs to the rhythms south of the border.


BODY TECH - Enhance your training program by adding this effective muscle-conditioning workout into your fitness routine. Proper form and technique are emphasized throughout, in this body-changing class that may include the use of dumbbells, bodybar, tubing, balls, and the step to target all major muscle groups.

 

BALANCE BODY TECH - Body Tech with a focus on options to improve balance, posture and stability.

 

UPPERCUTS - 15 minutes of upper body conditioning.

 

BALL POWER - A core-focused strength class utilizing stability and medicine balls.
