Get ready for an exciting summer! Starting June 1, your kids can take on the role of a volcanologist to discover clues, navigate lava flows and explore the library’s very own volcano in the Alice C. Sabatini Gallery. The Floor is Lava! runs June 1 - Aug 18. This summer is all about adventure so let's leap into this exciting family-friendly exhibit. Beware – at any moment there might be an eruption and the floor might turn to lava!

Come kick off our summer reading adventures with a party at the library! This party will have it all: Touch-a-truck, face painting, live music, games, and demos from McEachron Elementary Unicycle team, Ad Astra Youth Roller Derby, Great Plains Balloon Club and My Gym. Groove with tunes from cover band Switch in Time. PLUS you can explore the new interactive summer exhibit, The Floor is Lava, where you can slide down a volcano! Saturday, June 1, 11am-1pm.
