Heidi Geiger Milosovic serves as a Managing Director and Principal in the Cleveland office of WAVERLY PARTNERS.

She has been in executive search for almost 30 years and has been directly involved in managing executive search assignments spanning vice president to chief executive officer positions in a variety of fields. Heidi has conducted executive searches for a number of industrial and service corporations and nonprofit organizations. In addition, she has earned the Certified Diversity Recruiter designation.

Prior to joining WAVERLY PARTNERS, Heidi was a Director for Stratford Group, a nationwide retained executive search firm. She was also a consultant with the Executive Search Division of ATKearney, Inc., one of the five largest executive search firms in the country. She began her search career as Research Director for Korn/Ferry International, where she oversaw administration of the research function, primary research and candidate identification.
