Debbie Galbraith is a Managing Director and Principal of WAVERLY PARTNERS and is based in Kansas City, Kansas. She has over 20 years of executive search consulting, recruiting and operations management experience.

Debbie's experience is primarily assisting nonprofit Boards of Directors on their identification and selection of Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director candidates.

Earlier in her career, she was the employment manager for CompuServe, Inc. one of the nation's first online service and content providers. Previously, she had regional management responsibilities at Ameritech/SBC Communications including network planning and project management.

Debbie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Graceland University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas. She serves on the Grants Committee of the Douglas County Community Foundation and is active in many other community and charitable organizations. She has also been an invited guest speaker for a number of industry career networking and growth events
