Products and Technology

WinnSystems offers packaged wastewater treatment products for residential, business and commercial applications. Our products allow for denser developments of subdivisions and the development of sites restricted by size, soil conditions or topography. Development of environmentally sensitive areas is also possible because of our natural treatment process producing high quality, clean effluent.

We provide some of the most reliable water treatment product lines in the industry, featuring BIO-MICROBICS, DELTA ENVIRONMENTAL and other major vendors. System footprints, soils, topography, zoning, right of ways, parking, landscaping concerns, wastewater collection system and effluent disposal options are all factors that affect the type of decentralized wastewater treatment system selected. Our pre-engineered, factory built WinnSystems are delivered to the site, ready for quick installation and startup.

BIO-MICROBICS

With a worldwide emphasis on environmental concerns and innovative ideas with proven products, Bio-Microbics manufactures wastewater and storm water treatment systems for decentralized homes, communities, and commercial properties located around the globe. With tens of thousands of installations all over the world, the FAST® technology is used successfully in municipal, industrial, marine, commercial and residential type applications for over 35 years.

There is a growing worldwide concern over fresh water sources and ocean water quality. The world's population is predicted to double by 2027 and millions more people will be without access to clean water. Scientists and governmental entities from around the world are urging an immediate adoption of clean waste processing technologies and the development of infrastructures to protect water resources and delicately balanced ecosystems. Even in countries as water rich as our own, clean fresh water is too precious a resource to take for granted. Click here to view more about Bio-Microbics.

DELTA ENVIRONMENTAL

The Delta Environmental total wastewater management system provides a complete selection of products that gives the client a one stop solution to his project’s wastewater need. There are three components to any onsite wastewater treatment system. Delta offers all three:

WASTEWATER COLLECTION – As the world evolves from septic tanks and large gravity systems to more innovative wastewater solutions, low pressure collection systems lead the way In addition to a complete line of pumps, housings, controls and connectors, WinnSystems can assist you with the best answer for your installation.

TREATMENT – Accelerating nature’s way of processing wastewater, Delta’s advanced wastewater treatment systems provide an onsite, biological method of converting wastewater into clear, odorless effluent that meets or exceeds state water quality standards.

EFFLUENT DISPOSAL – Clear, treated wastewater can be effectively disposed of any a number of ways. WINNSYSTEMS can provide controls filters, components and design to work for your application. Click here to view more about Delta Environmental.

TITAN MBR

The innovative TITAN MBR™ combines the wastewater treatment engineering expertise of Smith & Loveless, Inc. with submerged membrane technology. The combination yields a dynamic membrane biological reactor (MBR): a system that provides end-users with high quality treatment performance, minimal operations requirements, and a robust design that will stand the test of time.

Systems come in standard and custom designs, and result in smaller footprints than conventional systems. The submerged membrane eliminates the need for clarifiers and sand filters, and it produces significantly better effluent quality. Integral zones can be added to meet particular effluent goals, including nutrient removal, disinfection, sludge holding and post-aeration.

This design can accommodate 12,000 gallons per day or more. Our design allows maintenance to be performed without shutting down operation. The unit is constructed with V-Crimp walls and coated with an exclusive epoxy and polyurethane.

WINN-SBR

The Sequenching Batch Reactor (SBR) is a technologically advanced, reliable wastewater treatment system that produces clear, odorless, high quality effluent. It is available in factory built fiberglass tanks, delivered to the site ready to install or can be installed in precast concrete tanks or site built to your size and specifications.

The WINN-SBR requires no clarifier tank, no sludge return pumps are required, and with its operational settings, the WINN-SBR can meet most regulatory requirements for nutrient removal. All components are non-corrosive, and non-clog course bubble diffusers insure consistent air flow. The baffled influent screening compartment prevents short circuiting and simplifies cleaning of the treatment system.

The treatment process with a WINN-SBR is more controlled because it is time-based rather than flow-based. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), "the Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) process has wide spread application where mechanical treatment of small wastewater flows is desired. Because it provides batch treatment, it is ideally suited for wide variations in flow rates, operational in the fill and draw mode prevents the washout of biological solids that often occur with extended aeration systems. Another advantage of SBR systems is that they require less operational attention, yet produce a very high quality effluent."

In order to assure minimal wastewater treatment problems, the WINN-SBR is equipped with remote diagnostic capability. With the modem and PLC built into every WINN-SBR controller, a technician can quickly determine the source of the problem and provide a ready solution.

The units are sized to treat 5,000 gallons per day and larger which consistently perform nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removal. The system has a small footprint, which is confined to single tank. odor-free treatment.
