FAQ

What grips fit my gun?

We have several options to help you find products that fit your particular gun. You can shop by BRAND, choosing your firearms brand to see compatible parts. You can also go to our PISTOL GRIP FIT GUIDE, and choose which model looks matches your firearms frame style. If neither of those help, please contact us and we will quickly respond to help guide you.

What is Route and why is it in my cart?

Route is package protection. After decades of watching both USPS and UPS refuse to honor their insurance on lost or damaged items, we decided to make ROUTE available to our customers. For a small fee that is usually less expensive than insurance from the carriers, Route will email you tracking, SMS text you delivery information and updates, and Route will protect your package from loss or theft. If you have a problem with your package, simply contact Route within 15 days of purchase and file a claim. They respond quickly and replace your items if needed.

If you do not want Route protection, simply unclick it on your check out page. However, please be advised, if you decline Route protection and USPS or UPS loses or damages your package, we cannot replace it for you. Sadly, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave our facility. We strongly suggest you choose Route to protect your shipment.

What is your warranty?

Our warranty on our Wicked Grips brand parts is very simple and straight forward: We offer a lifetime guarantee on material and workmanship. If a part breaks or fails due to a flaw in our workmanship or material, we will repair it or replace the item. We do not warranty damage from sources outside of our control.. like exposure to harsh chemicals or harsh environments, drop damage, tool damage or modifications, improper installation or misuse. If you damage your item, tell us and we will attempt to help you repair it!

I am outside the USA, how can I order?

The website will allow you to add items to your cart and proceed to the "Check out" page. When you get to the portion of the check out page that asks you to choose your shipping option, you will see only one option available: "Have Sales rep contact me". Choose this option then proceed to finish check out.
Your order will be placed on hold and we will receive an email notification that your order requires assistance. We will then use your address to create shipping quotes from both USPS and UPS. Once you respond with your shipping choice, we will send you an invoice via email that allows you to securely check out with your credit card.
Due to export laws and regulations with ITAR our site cannot be automated to file the correct forms, and so we must do it manually. This allows our international customers to check out easily thru our website, yet gives us the ability to still file the documents with the government.

Note: Some items (like magazines) cannot be exported to most countries in the EU and Canada. Taxes and import duties are not figured into our check out system, and would be the responsibility of the customer receiving the item.

How do I install the screws?

FIRST, make sure any firearm you are working on is unloaded and safe before proceeding! Follow all firearm safety rules before attempting to install any new parts on your firearm!

Each screw kit we sell comes with an installation bit. Put this bit into a tool handle, and carefully screw in your screws like you would using a screw driver. New screws have dri film on the threads.. this acts like a loctite product, and so they will feel tighter going in the first time that your old factory screws. This is normal. Make sure the bit is fully engaged into the slots in the screw before applying pressure or the bit might slip.
