Los Rubiales is less than 10 minutes drive from the lovely town of Huercal Overa. The property is found just 1 km from the tarmac road, set in the rustic Almeria countryside, surrounded by agricultural land, rugged hillsides, birdsong…. and sunshine - most of the time!

This this lovely tranquil accommodation is 3km from the closest village, of San Francisco, where you’ll find a mini-mart, bars and a bakery.

Los Rubiales is 25 minutes drive from the nearest beach at San Juan de los Terreros and 20 minutes from the amazing Geode near Pulpi. Geode

This venue is best suited to couples or groups looking for a peaceful retreat; walkers, stargazers, sunseekers…. or pop into Huercal Overa for restaurants, theatre, supermarkets, shopping, and of course the Monday Market!

Apartment 1 has a double bed.

Apartment 2 has 2 single beds.

Apartment 3 has 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin.

All apartments have a well equipped kitchen/diner, and a spacious bathroom with a large shower.

We can accommodate from 1 person, to groups of up to 8 people.

Own transport by car is essential - free off road parking.

Pool available from April 1st until October 31st

The 8m x 4.5m pool is located in a secure walled terrace, adjacent to the apartments. Loungers and chairs are available, for you to choose between lying in a sunbeam or under the shade of a parasol …decisions, decisions.

Apartment 1 - sleeps 2 - double bed

40 EUROS PER NIGHT

Apartment 2 - sleeps 2 - single beds

Optional extras available on site:

Logs and kindling for stove heater.

Beach towel and parasol hire.

NB: When calculating costs - please add 20€

cleaning fee (per apartment) to each stay.

Apartment 3 - sleeps 4 - 1 double, 1 twin.

60 EUROS PER NIGHT

Prices include all bedlinen and bathroom and kitchen towels.

Terms & Conditions

Minimum stay at website rates (book direct) - 3 nights.

Minimum stay at Airbnb rates - 2 nights.

Check in time - after 15.00h (earlier check-in available by prior arrangement). Self check-in available with Lockbox key access. Code provided prior to arrival date.

Check out time - before 11.00h.

Domestics: Bedlinen change, and a basic clean through is carried out after 7 nights - or mid term if your stay length is between 7 and 14 nights.

There are outdoor bins for you to empty your apartment bins into, as required.

Respect for the comfort of other guests on site is expected.

NB: Andrea and Lee (our friendly, on-site hosts) welcome you to stay, and are available to assist you - or not if you prefer to be left alone!

Horses and friendly dogs also live here (but not in the guest areas - unless you invite them in!)
