The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Pipelines and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration issued the final rule (attached) to ban the use of hand-held cell phones by commercial vehicle drivers......more


FMCSA Extends Medical Card Requirements:

FMCSA published a final rule that has been extended to January 30, 2022 the requirement that drivers retain a copy of their medical certificate on their person. The rule was due to expire January 30, 2012......more
