I've had Coastal Irrigation for 1.5 years. Initially, they were great. I recently referred 3 neighbors to CI that received contracts and a new Irrigation control box. I was quoted over $500.00 for a new box. I called customer service, explained my situation, and asked for a new control box, or at least, a discount for the 3 referrals. I was told they would speak with the manager and get back to me. 9 days later... nothing, just avoidance. Tomorrow my call will be for termination of Coastal Irrigation. 🤷‍♂️ 👋 👋There are plenty other vendors in the area....

First the technicians were on time, very much appreciated. The work was completed promptly and cleaned up the area.

I have to admit having Grant Nunan follow up is warranted as it was hard to understand the technician as to what he was trying to tell me about the sprinklers and what was needed. So appreciate Grant coming out to go over the details. The cost was more than I anticipated, but the way the work would be completed I will discuss with my wife and follow up.
