FOTAS, the Aiken County Animal Shelter and the SPCA Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare are participating in the Bissell Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters event. Adoption fees will be waived at both shelters through May 15. The Aiken County Animal Shelter is located at 333 Wire Road. For more information, vist fotasaiken.org.
