Export sales for this week were nothing to ride home about. Corn contracts were at the bottom of expectations at 29.9 million bushels. The chart to the right shows corn exports so far this year. We are making great grains as the USDA pace is the red line. Soybean exports sales were average at 15.2 million bushels. This weeks number is down about 14.7% from the previous year. The other export concern is there are no bean bushels contracted to China for 2024 yet. Wheat export sales were net cancellations which was also expected, yet disappointing.
