Astro Jump

What a terrific experience. Ordered the Animal Kingdom bounce house for my boy's 3rd birthday party. I was amazed at how affordable the rate was, especially considering the size of the structure. It's a beast--19x20, with parts of it as high as ten feet--and for a flat fee covering a six-hour chunk. (That was great, by the way, not having to stress about hourly rates.)
Darnell, the gentleman who came to set it up, arrived exactly when promised. He was fantastic--friendly and professional--and had the thing set up and inflated in (honestly) less than ten minutes. I was struck by the care with which Astro Jump maintains its inventory. The piece was immaculately clean, and featured no unsightly blemishes or patches.
In short, the bounce house was the centerpiece of the party. The kids hardly emerged, and their parents were delighted by how occupied (and ultimately exhausted) they were. Will rent from Astro Jump again in a heartbeat, and have already recommended them to other parents.

Recently rented a bounce house for my kid's birthday party. A bunch of other places in the area had terrible reviews making the process feel a bit daunting. Thankfully I found Astro Jump and it was so, so easy. They were communicative, I could fill out everything online, pay online, and they dropped off and picked up promptly and as expected--no hiccups or issues. House was in great condition and super clean. Highly recommend!

Astro Jump responded to my inquiry promptly. All my questions were answered and they seemed on top of it. Although we decided to go in a different direction, I would definitely check out Astro Jump for my next jump house party as they have a huge selection.

Rented a pirate ship 3 IN 1 combo jumper for my granddaughters birthday party. She absolutely loved it!

We used Astro Jump San Mateo recently for my son's 7th birthday and it was a blast! Their 20 foot water slide, jumpy house with basketball hoop + cotton candy machine were all a huge hit at my son's birthday. Service was very friendly too :)

Was trying to inquire about pricing for a bouncy house for my kid's birthday party and picked 3 in case of availability issues. Convo with Greg started out nice. He let me know of a music festival at Golden Gate Park that coincided with my dates, gave me a quote. Of course that would happen to me ‍. I thought about changing the day because of parking issues but ultimately decided to keep it because GGP Parks and Rec said that since the music festival is on the other side of the park there shouldn't be any closures and parking anywhere in sf is always an issue anyways. After some back and forth they said they don't service the area. What a waste of time. Should have said that from the start, even though I gave them the exact location when I put in my inquiry. So if you're looking for a bouncy house for inside GGP near the children's playground, skip this one. Said they only service parks closest to the bridge, whatever that means.

Outstanding customer service- in spite of this pandemic Astro Jump exceeded my expectations! On time/early delivery, set-up and throughly sanitized the monster water slide... kids had a BLAST! Excellent run business here in the North Bay- we will always use them for any of our party needs. Knowing we had to minimize our number of guests- Astro generously left the slide here at my home for a longer period of time so we could space out number of kids during the day. The business is ALL about having FUN safely...which they take pride in delivering! Thanks again for exceptional service!

Astro Jump is fantastic! They have the best bouncy houses in the area, wonderful customer service, are punctual and will make your party a success.

I recently rented an obstacle bouncy house for my son's 7th birthday. Juan arrived on time and began setting up the course, only for me to realize that I had inadvertently ordered the wrong one to the disappointment of my son.

Juan went above and beyond in correcting my error. He quickly swung back to San Rafael, picked up the right one, and still got back in time to get it setup and ready for the party.

Juan was an absolute lifesaver and we are so grateful to him.

My sons had an amazing time and we look forward to renting from Astro Jump again soon.
