I'm with Grammarly, leading design across the Platform & Quality and Trust organizations to create an accessible and trustworthy user experience everywhere people write on the web, desktop (Windows & Mac), and mobile (Android & iOS), including Grammarly's Design System.

I've served as Head of Product Design for Rally, an early-stage product at Mozilla and led research & design teams to improve the user experience of enterprise & people-facing government services with brilliant teammates at Nava PBC & 18F, including:

• Building login.gov, one account for government, from zero to one to 40M users
• Redesigning the journey to receive critical government benefits
• Improving Californians' user experience of applying for unemployment benefits
• Modernizing Veterans' Affairs business processes to support Veterans

• Research to establish diversity, equity and inclusion priorities

• Volunteered with Inneract Project to create a new entrepreneurial design curriculum with staff and students
  
• Earned a MFA in Interaction Design and completed a thesis on making the technically and socially complex concept of surveillance easier to understand on a personal level
