They helped my parents through a very difficult time in their lives, due to a plumbing mistake made by another contractor over two years ago. The staff at ECS were very courteous, informative and highly trained at dealing with all aspects of the mold remediation process. Most importantly, they gave my parents the peace of mind they needed to move forward with rebuilding their homes. Although they will never do more than is needed to restore your home to its pre-loss condition, ECS WILL go above and beyond to make sure that each customer is 100% satisfied. Great company!

ECS was there for me at a time when I didn't know where to turn or who to trust. I've always preferred to do things myself, and I take a lot of pride in my home, but the one time I hired someone else to install our new bathtub, I ended up with a water leak inside my walls that went on for two years before we noticed the damage. The people at ECS answered all my questions and put me at ease that the mold situation would be handled as quickly and smoothly as possible.
