HOTEL POOL AND SPA REFURBISHMENT
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD refurbished the ceiling of the indoor pool area and health club in this hotel refurbishment project. The swimming pool being totally indoor in the basement relied on the proper functioning of air conditioning system to maintain the lining and finishes in good condition. Additional ventilation was introduced and previously malfunctioned outlet was re-activated.We also produced a concept design for the hotel refurbishment of the spa area, which involves reconfiguration of spa massage rooms, reception area and a new spa lounge.
HOTEL LOBBY REFURBISHMENT
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD designed a new business centre located in the lobby area as part of the hotel refurbishment. It provided meeting facility, secretarial support, computer and internet service for guests.

RESORT HOTEL REFURBISHMENT
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD project managed this hotel refurbishment project and provided alternative design for the refurbishment of hotel rooms and suites in the 2-3 storey resort style hotel. The hotel rooms were originally built as business hotel suites with separate meeting area and bed area. One challenge of the hotel refurbishment project was that room sizes and configuration of the hotel rooms to be refurbished were not standard and varied from each other. Mock up room with imported furniture was created before staged hotel refurbishment was carried out..
HOTEL EXTENSION REFURBISHMENT
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD designed a 3 storey hotel extension for the CBD highrise hotel which includes bar and function facilities. AAPAC DESIGNBUILD also refurbished the roof top function area, suites and back of house area as part of a hotel refurbishment project.HOTEL
