AKC is available!

We just wanted to let our fans know that we are available for parties, weddings, and any other celebration you might be having. We would rather be making money doing serious Karaoke competitions but it seems those are far and few in-between. (Note: We will not dress up as Clowns or any other degrading humiliating characters, we are serious professionals and would like it if you treat us with the respect we deserve.) Of course we are also available for competitions. If you are interested in organizing an event please contact us on our website or our myspace page.

Sponsorship!!!

We received an email today from a company in winnamuca Nevada called Mad Matts Mudflaps. It seems they are interested in having the group promote their custom made mud flaps for trucks! They even want to make a custom Ace Karaoke Crew Mud flap! I've made a few sketches bellow to send to them, Let me know what you think.

We received an award!!

The International Association of Karaoke Performers (IAKP) recognized the AKC today in a special ceremony, rewarding the group with a certificate for their work in bringing professional Karaoke awareness to the world. The Chairman had this to say about us: "... the Ace Karaoke Crew has helped give credibility to professional karaoke competition. With the efforts AKC has put forth, the world might finally take us seriously."

Holy Grail of Karaoke Machines

We have played on lots of Karaoke machines over the last year or so, and have gotten used to playing on such standard machines as the RJ Tech RJ-100PK, or the Acesonic KM-110 PC. Last night we had the pleasure of using the Acesonic KOD-650 Karaoke-On-Demand Jukebox Karaoke Machine. This is the ultimate karaoke system! If you ever come across one of these machines do yourself a favor and perform on this bad boy.

American Idol = Recruiting pool for the AKC

The crew has been watching American idol lately and we are all very taken by some of the talent out there. As soon as some of these contestants’ contracts are up we might have to recruit them into the group. Here are some of our favorite performances:

AKC Dominates!!..Again

Yesterday we visited Mrs. Learys fourth grade class at Walnut Grove elementary and destroyed them in a Karaoke Battle. Mrs Learys fourth grade class lacked the professionalism and skill the AKC has. Some of the kids could not properly read the lyrics; some were laughing and having a good time not taking any of it seriously. We were very disappointed with the whole event, and I am now officially warning serious karaoke competitors to stay away from the fourth graders at walnut grove elementary. They don't take it seriously. It was as if they were spitting in our faces.
