Margaret is a saint!

Margaret pierced my 6 year old's ears last year. No tears, all good. We were provided a calender, care instructions and a bottle of witch hazel for post piercing care. My daughter's piercing healed with no issues.

Fast forward a year later, we removed my daughter's earrings and were unable to reinsert. Her piercing closed up and we had to pay Margaret another visit. As expected, communication with Margaret was swift and we were able to see her the same weekend. At the repierce appointment, my daughter was feeling extra sassy and gave Margaret a hard time. Margaret took everything in stride and kept her sense of humor through the entire appointment.

I want to start by simply saying that this place is amazing, for those who want a quick review, the owner was professional, kind, empathetic and just made this experience amazing.

That being said I want to share my experience. A year ago I purchased a piercing session and earrings (which are beautiful) and took my then 4 year old daughter to our appointment. Despite a valiant effort on the part of Margaret my daughter was not having it, she simply wasn't ready. Usually this would result in me losing my appointment but Margaret told me that if I kept my earrings I could comeback and finish my appointment and get my daughter's ears pierced. I immediately felt relief and appreciation for Margaret for allowing us to simply come back another time, I appreciate peoples time and this was very kind.

Fast forward a year later (no joke) my daughter finally felt ready to get her ears pierced. Margaret despite the huge gap in time kept to her promise and we were able to return with the earrings we had purchased from her and finish my angels ear piercings.

Margaret was simply amazing went above and beyond for my daughter and I appreciate it. In addition to that she made my daughter feel heard, comfortable and as a result she didn't even flinch this time. Margarets use of numbing spray and professional yet caring process made my Angel feel comfortable and now she has her ears pierced and is so happy.

Expensive. With that kind of money, the first thing i would expect is excellent service. However, that was never my experience here.
I had an appointment, rang the bell, waited outside for over 30 mins. Margaret was inside, did not answer or even care to open the door for me. There are no chairs or waiting seats outside of this place so there is no other option but to blankly stare at the walls and the door. If you, as a customer are late, she charges full fee for your absence. After i left, she later sent me a text saying she forgot about our appointment and she was on the phone. That was her excuse. I drove 40 mins to keep my appointment that day.

Attached below are the transcripts from the message exchanges that day of the appointment. Note: I waited for another 10 mins even after saying i was leaving just to see if she would open the door, however, she didn't. Also if you don't believe me about the waiting area go check it out for yourself. There are indeed, a few chairs outside in the hall but those are for the patients of a doctor's office a few doors away from her place. I won't be surprised if now she adds some for her own customers.

Margaret is a nice lady who seems competent in what she does! She explained everything in details and gave us thorough instructions on how to do the routine cleaning. I had some questions and reached back to her and she texted me back with a very polite positive attitude which was really appreciated. Thank you Margaret!

Have brought both of my girls here and she's just so talented and earrings are beautiful! Extremely clean also !

I loved Margaret and how sweet and patient she is!! My husband and I were nervous about our daughter getting her piercings at 3 months of age but margaret did such an amazing job with our baby and put us at ease by explaining everything in detail. Very professional and clean too! The appointment was quick and our daughter did great! :) She looks beautiful with her earrings. thank you Margaret! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Yesterday, my daughter & 2 friends got their ears pierced together at Babypiercing. Girls are 10 years old so felt they were old enough to be in charge of doing the after care. Margaret is warm, kind, thoughtful & gentle. She made every step so clear and treated the girls respectfully, so they felt in control & responsible.

Her practice includes the following:
-ear numbing
-selection of very cute stud earrings 14K
-disinfecting earring selected
-marking ears with dot for earring placement
(Parents input is welcomed. She will explain why she chose to dot in particular place on the ear but parents have the final say)
-parent goes in with child for support while ears are pierced. Friends stays in waiting room
-in a group, talked about after care for pierced ear.
-giving each girl a kit take home which included, witch Hazel spray, small calendar book, marked important dates & small stamp.
-lastly, parental instruction but to supervise and monitor.

Margaret is so knowledgeable about placement for earrings; Things, we, moms, never thought about as got our ears pierced by someone in the mall.

Overall, everyone left happy and so loved their experience.

We had a wonderful experience. My daughter was so excited and so nervous but Margaret is a pro and made us feel comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and she had a great selection of earrings. She sent us home with everything we need to take care of the newly adorned ears and my daughter walked out with a pep in her step. As I am writing this my daughter said to add "I felt calm because of Margaret and the room. She turned on the heater for me and the room was very light". And there you have it. Highly recommend!

Margaret is considerate, patient- plus she is easily accessible via phone and text. We were running late but she was understanding and accommodating. Thank you Margaret!
