We bid welcome to those old and new to the Current Middle Ages! The Society for Creative Anachronism is an international non-profit volunteer educational organization, celebrating the bests parts of history. The Kingdom of Atenveldt is a chapter encompassing the state of Arizona (USA).
Come and experience living history! You can join in on festivities like arts, combat and culture through events, demonstrations, and other educational presentations and activities!

The Solar Kingdom wants it’s members to shine! Our events highlight our skilled artisans, volunteers and fighters to compete and showcase and to immerse themselves and others in medieval ambiance. Whether you’re a seasoned member or completely new, all are encouraged to join and participate!
Each local group (barony or shire) run smaller events like specialized classes, practices and more for populace members and non-members to showcase themselves locally.

A Dream of Midsummer Nights – July 13th 2024
A Dream of Midsummer Nights will be an interactive theater experience, with a small feast, games, and entertainment to help inspire my next masterpiece. Come for the games, come for the food, come for the fellowship, but mostly importantly, come for the show.

Tournament of Flowers (Vallis Aeris) June 8th, 2024
On the 8th of June, the Insipient Shire of Vallis Aeris will hold our debut event the Tournament of Flowers. Together with our fellow Baronies and Shires, we will enjoy time observing or participating in heavy fighting, rapier, cut and thrust, classes on medieval etiquette, and a multitude of A&S activities.
