How Do I Apply for a Voucher

Each local Drive a Clean Machine program administrator has its own application and contact information to apply for a voucher. Only your local program administrator can approve you to receive a voucher. Reimbursement cannot be made directly to vehicle owners or after a vehicle has been purchased or repaired.

Note: The value of the replacement vehicle may affect eligibility requirements and/or benefits for financial assistance programs such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). Please contact your case worker if you have any questions.
