Bride & Bloom Wedding Flowers

Working with Amy of Bride and Bloom Flowers was one of the best experiences I had in planning my wedding. Amy is creative, enthusiastic, and incredibly positive. For our wedding, I didn't know what I wanted in terms of flowers, but I knew what I DIDN'T want -- I didn't want frills, huge expensive arrangements, over-the-top bouquets, etc. I explained to Amy that I have a minimalist but elegant vision and she worked with me to create a very unique floral theme for our wedding. Amy even accommodated my parents by doing a mock-up with them to make sure they were comfortable with booking her for the wedding.

Amy's end product was absolutely beautiful. She used high-quality materials and paid lots of attention to detail. Even before the wedding day began, I had absolute peace of mind because I knew Amy was going to create something spectacular. (If you email me, I'll gladly share photos of Amy's creations).

For those of us who value communication, there isn't a better match than Amy. She responds promptly to emails and phone calls and is open and understanding of your needs. She's very professional, but also friendly and considerate -- the type of vendor you want to continue to stay in touch with.

Another quick piece of information: my fiance and I are Persian, and Amy did our Sofreh Aghd design as well as our flowers. Her assistant, Goli, helped with the Sofreh Design. The Sofreh was absolutely gorgeous and unlike anything I'd ever seen. My aunt (who's been to lots and lots of weddings!) told me it was the most gorgeous one she's ever seen!

The Long Beach Museum of Art gave me a preferred vendors list to help me out. Amy was on there and I decided to set up an appointment with her. I was going to meet with different florist and then decide but when I met Amy,I knew I could trust her. I remember leaving and my husband asking me if I wanted to see anyone else so we could compare prices but I didn't want to. We both loved Amy, we just didn't know how much flowers cost and he wanted another quote from someone else. We never saw anyone else :) When we met Amy, she was very welcoming and very down to earth which made us feel super comfortable. I remember feeling nervous about meeting with her because I didn't know anything about flowers and their names. I brought Amy an inspiration board of my wedding with my dress, wedding colors, and pictures I had found online for center pieces and a bouquet that I loved and she took it from there. I was nervous like any bride would be on the day of because we had talked about it so much but didn't know how it would turn out. Amy was amazing! I walked out to the ceremony/reception site while it was being set up and it looked like something out of Pinterest. She recreated the center pieces just like the ones I had showed her and also my bouquet. I think she did a better job at it too! Amy is truly amazing! She was always available and easy to talk to. I changed my mind a few times throughout the planning process and she never gave me any problems with it. She worked with our budget and we got exactly what we wanted :) Definitely recommend Bride and Bloom Flowers! She made our special day magical.

I really enjoyed working with Amy for my wedding flowers. Amy was very helpful in recommending vendors and had great suggestions for flower choices. She was very easy going and responded quickly to all of my questions. Our wedding day flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful and I am so happy with the way they turned out. Amy is so great. She was the first florist we met with when planning our wedding and she was amazing. We planned ahead so we had nine months to figure out what we were doing and boy did we need it. Although our ideas and visions changed over the course of nine months, she stayed with us and took in everything we wanted (even the crazy stuff). The finished project was beyond what we could have asked for. Her technique and eye for floral arranging is so in tune with what her clients are seeking. We could not have asked for a better florist to work with.

I recently served as a planner for the wedding of the daughter of a very good friend and client. Not all that unusual except that I am not a wedding planner, but rather an architect and builder. Working with Amy and the referrals she provided absolutely made the entire experience a great success. Planning the event in Long Beach while I am situated primarily in Dallas was a challenge, that Amy made very easy. She worked beautifully within the budget we established, delivered flowers so lovely, the bride literally gasped when she saw the space fully decorated for the first time. Amy also provided connections to other vendors that proved to be as professional and eager to provide us exactly what we needed. Amy is simply the best. If you want very personal attention and a floral designer that is invested in your happiness, there is no one better. The arrangements she created were so lovely that the client has requested that we duplicate them for use in her home.
