RIDAZZ SALUTE LAPD

The Midnight Ridazz would like to extend a sincere thanks to the LAPD and especially to the officer (whose name we did not get) who recently helped to escort our ride through the streets of Los Angeles. We are all part of the neighborhoods we ride and we support the LAPD!

LAPD Chief Beck stands up for cyclists:

SAFETY FIRST!!

Before you do anything please read:

The Midnight Ridazz Zeppelin of Love is spreading!

That's right, with rides in San Francisco, Santa Barbara, the Inland Empire, Seattle, Las Vegas, New York and Marion Indiana. Where to from here?!

Use this site to create and promote your own rides.

Anyone can create a ride. This is how it works, you got some friends? You make a bike crew... You got a bike crew? You throw a ride. Check out our suggestions or make up your own rituals... We just want to ride. The true hope of the Midnight Ridazz everywhere is to spread bicycle culture, promote safety and to share the road with motorists in a spirit of good will (and have fun while doing it.)

The Ridazz ask of all:
PLEASE OBEY ALL TRAFFIC LAWS
BE COURTEOUS TO MOTORISTS
RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOODS YOU RIDE THROUGH.

RIDE LEADERS PART 1

A lot of people say that Midnight Ridazz is a "D.I.Y." culture. Yeah, that's true. There's something about riding a bike that makes you feel like you can do anything. Maybe it's the inspiring sense of freedom and independence you get from being able to propel yourself across this vast urban sprawl with your own two legs. Maybe that's why Ridazz are a collection of some of the most creative spirits in Los Angeles if not the world.

MR ROLLERS

What’s your name (optional) and/or your Midnight Ridazz log-in name?
"mr rollers" Of course it could and does have all kinds of meanings, but it started as a corruption of my difficult to pronounce last name. Having handles is a good thing with so many people on the rides - you could never remember all the names otherwise.

How did you first hear about Midnight Ridazz and what was your first group bike ride?
