Dear Sir, Firstly, I am shocked at the damage incurred to this parcel, patentently something heavy has been dropped on it, we take immense care shipping these items.One thing I would say is that I would NOT have accepted delivery with such damage on the outer box. Obviously it may have been left as instructed, either way it will now be impossible for us to claim against the courier as it has been 'delivered'. So we are out of pocked not you as you will be refunded in full when you return it.

Item exactly as described. Great collectors item and the perfect 'dad' gift. Fast, easy purchase from seller. The only let down was the postal service on this occasion - they seemed to ignore the 'fragile' information and the packaging was damaged affecting the display box too.

I am so, so sorry you had 'shipping' damage, we take great care in packaging these items and use very high quality boxes but unfortunately, and thankfully rarely, the shippers are not as careful as they should be.Simon / Tractorshack
