I worked with Sneha and she is amazing.
Due to the long permit process time, we have discussed about the design like 6+ months.
We have changed during the design and she has been always welcome to not only allowing us to update the design, but also suggesting many different ideas.
Based on her support for our kitchen cabinet design, we decided to design vanities for three baths and counter-tops with her.
Of course, there was some huddles in the long journey and we wanted to ask something that we miss in the design phase.
For example, I wanted to change the prefab countertops, some parts are missing, we want to add syma ,etc.
For some requests, I would be accepted although they denied to do it. But their support was amazing. They put the customer satisfaction as a top priority and accept all my requests.

Shirley has been incredibly helpful to us when we were having trouble choosing the right cabinet color and style. She was also patient with us when we asked her multiple times to update the estimate to fit our budget. We are extremely happy with how Shirley serviced us and we have no doubt that we would come back if ever need another kitchen remodel in the future.

Zoe, the Operations Manager at Demetra, reached out to me and we began a dialogue on how things could have been done better. Zoe described various improvements Demetra will implement in their pricing/proofing processes, to help reduce errors, and to improve transparency and communication regarding customization and setup charges. I appreciate their follow up and working with me to make things right and striving for customer satisfaction.

Our designer helped us understand the various products and features with cabinets. We went extensively into details and selected specific options for our layout, confirming the visual design with approving a 3D rendered image showing our target design and signing our order contract.
After approving the final quote, I was surprised to see the actual amount due was ~$1000 more than the quoted and SIGNED amount. When asked for clarification, there were some fees that were not included after the fact. This was disappointing and it didn't feel transparent or straightforward. What is the use of signing a quote and purchase order if the purchase amount is changed without any notice or clarification?
We received most of the cabinets and drawers, with a few items that were backordered for an additional 2.5 weeks. After installing the cabinets and drawers, I noticed one drawer had the handle on the wrong edge. I looked at the signed-off renderings in the order package and the rendering showed the drawer as we designed and intended, but the actual drawer front we received was incorrect. I contacted the designer and was informed that their standard drawer front is made a certain way, and my drawer front was a custom part. I remember specifically going over this design feature in person, and it reflects as such in our final drawing package rendering. But for whatever reason, we received a standard drawer front. So I had to order and pay for an additional drawer front. This felt deceptive, being shown one thing but receiving something different. Perhaps it was an innocent clerical error, but this error should have been absorbed by Demetra, as it was through no fault of our own.
I appreciated her help and time at the beginning of the project, and her help with laying out our kitchen. I just wish for more transparency, not having cost amounts changed behind the scenes, or after signing a contract, and wished for better customer support when errors were made. The cabinets look great, but I would urge some care when handling the syma handles. It appears they snap onto posts and then hot glued in place, and we inadvertently detached a syma handle from a cabinet door.
On another note, when I visited the production warehouse to pickup my backordered items, they were helpful and replaced my standard drawer front with the newly ordered, correct design drawer front. I didn't catch his name, but he was super helpful and I appreciated his help. In case Demetra management is reading this, I would recommend taking that mindset and willingness to provide customer support and try to encourage that in other aspects of the business, in sales, and after-sales support. Providing support and not nickel and dime-ing for every little fee or administrative error would go a long way in establishing long term repeat business.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We placed an order on August 10th, and the sales representative said that the delivery time is usually 6-8 weeks, but they could expedite it to 6 weeks. However, I received an email from production saying that the delivery time is 10 weeks. I have been trying to reach customer service, but they are not answering my calls. Our project is getting delayed because of this, and I also emailed Zoe, but no response. I would really appreciate it if you could expedite and deliver the order sooner.

We worked with Demetra for our kitchen cabinets as well as some bathroom vanities. During the design phase, Kevin was super easy to work with, offered lots of suggestions / identified gotchas, and was very patient as we revised the design.
We're super happy with the cabinets so far. We had one rather small issue with a pullout not soft-closing as expected, but when we contacted Demetra, they sent out one of their support people, Daniel, in just a couple days, and he was able to fix the issue in a couple hours.
