These renewals may be completed on paper or online. These renewals are due by June 30, 2024. The application for Interstate Telehealth Registration for dentists and dental hygienists is now available under Applications. Anyone wishing to apply for a registration will need to print and complete the paper application and submit it to this office until further notice. The following new specialty designations are now available for licensure: Dental Anesthesiology, Oral Medicine, and Orofacial Pain.
