i've had this pan for almost 4 years, and i've put it through hell's kitchen. i've done pork roast, roast chicken, lasagna countless times, you name it. it's the perfect lasagna pan, deep enough to create many amazing layers without overflowing. fill up the bottom with celery, onions, carrots, and herbs, plop a whole chicken or pork roast on top... awesome! this pan is super lightweight with sturdy handles, has never burned anything i've made in it, and cleans LIKE A DREAM. mine looks brand new after years of abuse. i'm buying it for Christmas gifts this year, worth twice the price for the pan alone, the rack and spatula are icing on the cake. this is a no-brainer and will help you look like a master chef! can't imagine my kitchen without this and my kitchen aid mixer, my 2 best purchases ever.

The shape and size of this pan is excellent for lasagna but when filled, it's too heavy to trust to the small handles that are not securely attached. Also, the spatula was broken before I used it due to a very poor solder job. I purchased two at the same time because I often make a seafood lasagna and veggie lasagna at the same time. I'll continue using them but would recommend that folks look for a heavy duty version.

I purchased this roaster pan to use with the "Turkey Cannon" I bought back when it was on a lighting deal this past holiday season.
I didn't want to spend $50+ on a pan I wouldn't be using everyday.

This pan isn't very heavy gauge metal, yet it is fairly stiff and sturdy. It doesn't warp and flex when it's in the oven. I couldn't find a maximum heat rating for it, but haven't had a problem with the 350 degree I've used it at.
I've used it twice with the turkey cannon to make "beer can chicken". It is a bit small for the turkey cannon, but I'm able to squeeze it into the pan to make it work.

It cleans up really well. I haven't let it sit around in the sink soaking overnight though. I've cleaned it immediately after the meal, so there wasn't any tough stuck-on food. I plan on making lasagna one day, so that should be a better test for how easy it cleans up.

The handles do not stay propped up as pictured. This might make it a bit hard to remove from the oven, but I really haven't had a problem with it.

It does come with the 2 spatulas and wire rack that are pictured.

Overall this was a great bargain. If you order one, don't let the light weight fool you. This is a great pan that I hope to get many years of use out of.

4 stars because I haven't had it long enough to truly review its durability.

I love this pan. It is a perfect pan for Lasagna. It is so deep, a National Geographic Survey Team couldn't find the bottom! If Patton's Third Army was coming over for dinner your only problem would be what to do with the leftovers. Seriously, The pan is Stainless and has no seams for easy cleaning and the thinness of the metal is ideal for baking Lasagna in that it speeds heating while in the oven. 18/10 Stainless is great for cooking on top of the stove but not necessary for the oven. You don't need the extra weight when lifting 20 pounds of Lasagna into or out of the oven. Be prepared for copious amounts of ingredients because this pan holds alot. 20 pounds is not unrealistic here although I have not weighed it. I did not come close to filling it with 2 pounds of meat, 3 pounds of ricotta, 2 pounds of Mozzarella and 1/2 gallon of sauce. The price is reasonable and the pan is made in China unfortunately like almost everything these days but it works anyway. It comes with a thin stainless spatula which is ideal for cutting and serving Lasagna and a rack for roasting meats. No need to spend 70-100 dollars for a ceramic deep dish for doing a Lasagna This puppy works just fine, I heartily recommend it.
P.S. i just did a maxed out recipe and used 6 lbs of meat, 6 lbs of ricotta, 2 lbs of mozzarella and five 26 ounce jars of sauce with about 2 or three pounds of pasta. There was about 22 or 23 pounds of lasagna! The handle on the spatula came apart finally after five years but it doesnt change my rating on this great pan.

I ordered this pan for Thanksgiving last year. It looks great, the accessories are of nice quality, and it actually managed to fit the 20-lb turkey that I was roasting... but when I went to pick up the pan to put it into the oven, I heard a loud CLANG and suddenly the right handle was in my hand, but wasn't attached to anything. I managed to catch the pan before the turkey went spilling out onto the floor, and was still able to roast the turkey without further incident, but I am disappointed that it didn't even make it through its first use without breaking. If you plan on using this for anything heavier than a few pounds, I would recommend looking for something a bit more heavy-duty.

It is stainless steel, though not very heavy. However, I appreciate the light weight of the pan considering how much it weighs when it is full of lasagna. I cannot even imagine how much a similar HEAVY weight pan of lasagna would weigh....you would hardly be able to get it into and out of the oven!!

I also had no problems whatsoever cleaning this pan. Sticky sauce and cheese came right off.

I have not seen a pan this nice for the price anywhere. The fact that it comes with a spatula and rack is a bonus.

I could not be happier with my purchase. :-)

Luv this pan, looks nice and is very sturdy. The pan is very deep I luv that. I cant want to use for turkey, it will not hold a large turkey, but will do great with a small one, plus leave lots of room for other dishes. Cleans up really nice and easy, the spatula is sturdy and the rack is good. I gave it three stars because I am waiting to cook the turkey and see how it does. Very happy so far.
