Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has commented Moscow’s summoning of Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergei Kopyrkin. According to the Russian foreign policy chief, ambassadors periodically travel to Moscow for consultations, RIA Novosti reports. A document posted on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry earlier said: “On May 24, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia Sergei Kopyrkin was summoned to Moscow for consultations.”
