This book has 'reader friendly' information. This book is a useful tool for people watching thier glycemic levels.

Info is easy to understand but seems limited in the foods listed. Also was hoping for an alphabetical index of foods as a means of looking things up, but it is listed as all the other books are, in groups of low, medium, and high GI ratings.

I didn't get my order. I have written, and it should have been here, but still has not arrived. I am not happy.
