Wonderful customised experience with everything taken care of for us

Fabulous 2 week trip in Vietnam - thank you Haivenu Tours!
Wow! What an amazing 2 week adventure in Vietnam. Ha and the team at Haivenu Tours created a most enjoyable and stress free itinerary for us (family of 3). All of our guides were excellent -- spent days with us in some cases and were extremely helpful and accommodating. Good English as well. Not one kink in our schedule - so impressed with this group!!! Memorable 3 weeks in Vietnam
We booked a 3 week tour of Vietnam with Haivenu, and the experience was beyond excellent. Ms Trang who was the operator responsible for organising our trip was extremely helpful, from the very early stages of setting the itinerary, and was flexible enough and made her best to tweak the itinerary to our requests even in the last minutes when everything was already confirmed. During our trip, Whilst we were always accompanied by very helpful and knowledgeable guides, Trang was also always responsive when we required any additional support during the trip. Most of all we were glad to learn about and experience the Responsible Tourism policy of this company. It was great that during this trip we had the chance to experience the typical Vietnamese way of life, eat at local eateries, interact with ethnic minorities and see the natural wonders of this country. The most wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia
Haivenu planned the most wonderful trip in Vietnam (Hanoi, Tam Coc, Bai To Long Bay, Hue, Hoi An, to name a few) and Cambodia (Siem Reap area) for us - we were just blown away. Having an in-country tour company is the way to go; with their knowledge and contacts we got a tremendous value and an amazing cultural experience. The guides were personable, caring, and knowledgeable. Pre-trip communication was friendly, clear, and comprehensive - we were well prepared. Excellent tour operator
Haivenu Tours organised a 16 day tour of Vietnam for my wife and I. They were very professional to deal with from first contact through to the end of the trip. I had one person (Ms Giang) assigned, who responded quickly and efficiently to my requests and provided suggestions for things my wife and I might wish to see. Nothing appeared to frustrate her or was too much trouble. We specified the hotels we wished to stay in, including one not normally used by Haivenu. Ms Giang met us at that hotel, before being picked up by our guide, and wanted to know if we were satisfied with the room, the staff and breakfast and if we had any complaints. The guides (3 of) were very knowledgeable, experienced and ever helpful answering any question asked of them. The guides have mastered the skill of always being polite, friendly, diplomatic and available and at the same time not intruding into the holiday. The guides were happy to modify the daily plans to suit us. The drivers were patient, smooth and skillful driving comfortable cars, which is essential in large Asian cities. Reliable and knowledgeable
We have just returned from our 4th trip to Vietnam and the 3rd time we have used the services of Haivenu. They are a very easy company to deal with and we have found them totally reliable. If you’re thinking of traveling to vietnam, they are great to assist with internal transportation, by car, rail, aeroplane etc. making bookings where necessary. Vietnam 18 day tour
Just finished a fantastic 18 day Vietnam tour organised by Haivenu tours. Trang listened carefully to our requirements and worked with us until we had the tour we wanted. Every aspect of the tour she organised was perfect, each hotel, guide or pick up was excellent and the holiday was perfect. Brilliant Vietnam adventure
Trang organised the most amazing two weeks for us and our two children, 11y and 8y. From beginning to the end she was readily available, kind and informative- personalising the itinerary for us. We travelled from Hanoi down to Mui Ne Beach and loved the variety of taking in lots of history, cultural sites, beautiful surroundings and fun activities to keep kids entertained. Highlights were the Halong bay cruise and kayak, the cycle craft tour in Mekong Delta and the motorbike street food tour in Ho Chi Minh.
