The Wopmay orogen is an ancient geological feature located in northern Canada, created when the Bear Plate collided with the Slave Plate during the early Proterozoic.[1][2] It is approximately 500 km along the north-south axis, and 200 km along the east-west axis at its widest point, tapering at both the northern and southern ends.[3]
The formation, also known as the Wopmay Fault Zone, was named for Wilfrid Reid "Wop" May, OBE, DFC (April 20, 1896 – June 21, 1952), a Canadian flying ace in the First World War and a leading post-war aviator.

The Wopmay Orogen formed ca. 1.9 billion years ago when the Bear plate and the Slave plate collided.[2] Faulting and folding of the four intervening rock zones resulted in a (now eroded) mountain belt.[1] Each of the four rock zones has the typical characteristic of orogenic belts in that they consist of long parallel strips of rock exhibiting similar characteristics along the length of each belt. Orogenic belts are associated with subduction zones. Research from the Lithoprobe project indicates an ancient subduction zone underlying the Wopmay Orogen.[4]
Location[edit]
The Wopmay Orogen forms part of the Canadian shield.[1][3] It is located partly in Nunavut and partly in the Northwest Territories in northern Canada, extending eastward from Great Bear Lake, and reaching the Arctic Ocean at Coronation Gulf in the north, and south to Marion Lake (abutting Great Slave Lake).
Significance[edit]
Sites such as the Wopmay Orogen provide evidence for early and ongoing plate tectonics. Traces of old oceanic crust, island arcs, and colliding continents indicate that the same forces at work today have been at work in the early Proterozoic and probably earlier. Alignments of magnetic particles in rocks demonstrate that continents were drifting across the surface of the Earth relative to the magnetic poles then as now, and that the ocean floor was rifting and subducting, all at least 1.5 billion years ago.[1][2] This crust cycling is referred to as the supercontinent cycle.[2]

Schmidt was a standout member of the Buena Vista University football team where he set records for catches in a single game (11), most catches in a career (132), most receiving yards in 10 games (1,008), most receiving yards in a career (2,314), twice breaking the most touchdowns in a season (11 & 12), and most receiving touchdowns in a career (33). After a standout career at Buena Vista, Schmidt became a star player at the af2 level for the Quad City Steamwheelers, earning American Conference All-af2 wide receiver honors in 2009. In 2010, the Iowa Barnstormers returned in the newly re-structured Arena Football League, and Schmidt was assigned to their roster. Schmidt was the leading receiver for the Barnstormers from 2010 through 2012, twice earning First Team All-Arena wide receiver honors, and winning the Cutter's Receiver of the Year Award in 2012.

Schmidt attended Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa, where he was a member of the football team. Schmidt was a standout member of the football team where he set records for catches in a single game (11), most catches in a career (132), most receiving yards in 10 games (1,008), most receiving yards in a career (2,314), twice breaking the most touchdowns in a season (11 & 12), and most receiving touchdowns in a career (33).[1]

Quad City Steamwheelers[edit]
Schmidt appeared in three games for the af2's Quad City Steamwheelers. Recorded 8 catches for 131 yards and 3 touchdowns. In 2008, Played for the Quad City Steamwheelers and recorded 131 catches for 1799 yards with 41 touchdowns. In 2009 Schmidt played, again, with the Quad City Steamwheelers. He recorded 172 catches for 2390 yards with 58 touchdowns.
Iowa Barnstormers[edit]
Schmidt was assigned to the Iowa Barnstormers of the Arena Football League in 2010 when he received the opportunity to move up level. He caught 116 passes for 1621 yards with 28 touchdown catches. In his second year with the Barnstormers, Jesse Schmidt broke all the receiving records in team history. He caught 168 passes for 2171 yards and brought in 55 touchdown passes. He also unanimously won the Barnstormers MVP award.
In 2012, Schmidt returned to the Barnstormers[2] and was rejoined with former Steamwheelers' teammate, J. J. Raterink, and had the most outstanding season of his career, winning the Cutter's Receiver of the Year Award.[3] Schmidt finished the year with 172 receptions for 2,218 yards and 59 touchdowns. On April 11, 2013, he signed a deal with the Barnstormers keeping him in Iowa for another three years.

Woodrow Wilson High School was one of six traditional public high schools in Youngstown, Ohio and was a part of the Youngstown City School District system. It was closed in 2007, with the opening of the new East High School. The former school building was razed in the winter of 2008.[1]
Woodrow Wilson High School was located at 2725 Gibson Street, at the corner of Gibson and Indianola, on Youngstown's south side. Wilson opened in 1928 as a junior high school. In 1936, Wilson became a high school in response to overcrowding at nearby South High School.[1] Sixty-nine classes graduated from Wilson, the first in 1939, the last in 2007. The school was expanded in 1939, to accommodate vocational and arts programming.[1]
The Wilson mascot and its sports teams were known as the Presidents and then changed to the Redmen. There was no on-campus football stadium. South high School Stadium was the home of the Wilson football teams. The school colors were red and white. The Alma Mater was "Wilson High, We Love You Dearly" and the fight song was sung to the tune of The Ohio State University's "Across the Field". The yearbook was named, the Orion.[1]
On May 26, 2007, more than 2,000 alumni of Wilson High School participated in a final tour of the building.[1] Many alumni brought along children and grandchildren and shared their memories of the school.[1]

Teofilo Bastida Camomot (3 March 1914 – 27 September 1988) was a Roman Catholic archbishop from the Philippines. Ordained a diocesan priest of the Archdiocese of Cebu on 14 December 1941, he was eventually appointed an auxiliary bishop on 23 March 1955 and receiving the titular see of Clysma. He became coadjutor archbishop of the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro on 10 June 1958, becoming titular archbishop of Marcianopolis. While waiting for then-archbishop Patrick Cronin to retire, Archbishop Camomot resigned for health reasons on 17 June 1970. He was killed in a vehicular accident in San Fernando on 27 September 1988 at the age of 74.

Camomot was born on 3 March 1914, in Barangay Cogon, Carcar, Cebu, to Luis Camomot and Angela Bastida. He was christened the following day, and on 22 August 1915, he received the Sacrament of Confirmation. At an early age, Teofilo was already exposed to a very religious environment. He spent his elementary years at Carcar Elementary School where he was fondly called "Lolong" by his classmates, friends, and relatives. After graduating from elementary, Camomot decided to help his father in the farm and dreamt of being an agriculturist, which his mother disapproved of. Even at a young age, he already showed signs of love and concern for the poor, asking his mother for some rice or food so that he can give to the farmers and poor people. Once when his elder brother, Fr. Diosdado, visited and saw Camomot was not attending school, he asked him if he wanted to enter the seminary.
Camomot entered the Seminario Menor de San Carlos in Mabolo, Cebu City, for his secondary education from 1932 to 1933, pursuing his philosophical and theological studies at the Seminario Mayor de San Carlos. He was ordained a priest on 14 December 1941, celebrating his Cantamisa (first Mass of a newly ordained priest) at the second floor of his home instead of his parish in Carcar because of the outbreak of the Second World War.
For twelve years, he served as curé of Santa Teresa de Ávila Parish in Talisay. In 1955, the Third Order of Carmelites Discalced (now the Secular Order of Carmelites Discalced) was established at the Carmelite Monastery in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City, and Camomot was elected as the first prior of the San Elías Chapter. On 25 March 1955, Camomot was appointed auxiliary bishop of Jaro, Iloilo, receiving episcopal ordination on 29 May 1955, and staying in Jaro until 1959. After Masses, he kept himself busy by visiting the poor especially those who are sick. In 1959, he was sent to the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro as coadjutor archbishop with right of succession. It was during these years that he formed communities that would help the Church in the work of evangelisation: the Paulinian Faith Defenders and the Carmelite Tertiaries of the Blessed Eucharist, the forerunners of the Daughters of Saint Teresa.
Between 1962 and 1965, he attended the first (11 October 1962 – 8 December 1962), third (14 September 1964 – 21 November 1964), and fourth (14 September 1965 – 8 December 1965) sessions of the Second Vatican Council.
Due to kidney problems, he had to resign his position as coadjutor archbishop in 1970. He came back to Cebu and was assigned in Santo Tomás de Villanueva Parish in Barangay El Pardo, Cebu City. Together with him were some sisters from the congregation he founded in Mindanao. From Pardo, he was assigned to his native town in Carcar in the year 1976. Aside from being the pastor of the parish, he was also auxiliary bishop to Julio Cardinal Rosales. Again, his generosity became very well known that rectory workers began complaining about the number of poor people lining up to ask for food. His brothers and sisters would even remind him to be more cautious of the people whom he was helping because his generosity might be abused, but he always saw the goodness in every person he met.
On 27 September 1988, after celebrating the feast of Saint Vincent de Paul at the Seminario Mayor de San Carlos and visiting the Carmelite Monastery in Barangay Mabolo, Archbishop Camomot travelled home to Carcar with his chauffeur. While he was asleep, his vehicle overturned in Sitio Magtalisay, Barangay Sangat, San Fernando, Cebu. Camomot immediately died from his injuries at about 14:00 PHT, but his chauffeur survived.
Thousands attended Archbishop Camomot's funeral at the municipal cemetery. In 2009, his body was exhumed for transfer to the Daughters of Santa Teresa convent in Valladolid, Carcar City; his corpse was found to be incorrupt 21 years after his death.
Fame and cause for beatification and sainthood[edit]
Archbishop Camomot was not an eloquent preacher or a convincing speaker, but his actions spoke louder than words. He was noted for his diligence in his pastoral duties (spending hours in the Confessional), devotion to prayer (waking up very early for his morning prayers and meditation), as well as his numerous works of charity. His parishioners until now cannot forget his simplicity, his personal holiness, and his apostolic works especially among the poor, the sick, the homeless, and the suffering. His simplicity was attested by so many people even fellow prelates. There were many stories about the Archbishop's Francisan-like poverty. Cardinal Vidal have once told that on one occasion he noticed that Archbishop Camomot was not wearing his pectoral cross, the cross that a bishop wears on his breast. Curious, he asked Monsignor Camomot about it. He made some excuse. Later a priest told the Cardinal that the Archbishop had pawned his cross to give some money to the poor. The Cardinal later gave him a new cross and told him not to give it away.
During the Second Vatican Council, he was one of the participants for which he had to endure travelling by sea from the Philippines to Rome in the fourth class of a luxury liner. Even though he was in Europe, his generosity especially to the poor and his simplicity were observed by those around him.
He was also known for his spiritual gifts of healing, reading hearts, levitation, and bilocation. Cebu archbishop emeritus Ricardo Jamin Vidal said there were several testimonies about Camomot's bilocation or there were people who would see him present in two places at the same time. The archbishop himself has signed an affidavit in relation to a witness' account on this phenomenon where Camomot was drowsing beside him at a meeting of the College of Consultors. "I have already authenticated his presence at a meeting. But a woman said at that time he was in a mountain barangay (in Carcar) giving the last sacrament to a dying person," he said. "He (Camomot) was at my left, and Archbishop (Manuel) Salvador-- discussing about the pastoral (thrust) of the diocese—at my right. I said 'Monsignor, we have a votation and you have to vote,'" he added.
The Daughters of Saint Teresa formally petitioned for the opening of a cause for beatification and canonization. On 15 October 2010, Cardinal Vidal announced that the Holy See has approved the opening of the cause for beatification and canonization. On 27 December 2010, Cardinal Vidal formed a commission to look into the possibility of beatification. Members of the commission are Bishop Antonio Ranola (instructor and episcopal delegate), Monsignor Dennis Villarojo (postulator), Monsignor Raul Go (promoter of justice), Rev. Jasper John Petralba (notary), and Trinidad Calleno (adjunct notary). Msgr. Guillermo Gorre, Msgr. Marnell Mejia, and Fr. Patricio Ornopia were designated as theological censors to study the writings of Archbishop Camomot. Tasked with historical research are Fr. Marvin Mejia, Fr. Ramon Ofredo, and Msgr. Cayetano Gelbolingo.
After the Diocesan Phase, the Congregation for the Causes for Saints will have to certify the results. Then a Positio Super Vita et Virtutibus (On the Life and Virtues) will have to be written and submitted. The Congregation will then study the life, writings, and virtues of Archbishop Camomot, which will hopefully lead to the issuance of a Decree Super Virtutibus, earning Archbishop Camomot the title "Venerable." A major miracle (complete, instantaneous, permanent, and scientifically inexplicable) will have to be investigated, documented, and scrutinized. Only when a Decree Super Miro (on the miracle) is promulgated can the date for beatification be set. Beatification grants a limited liturgical veneration to the Blessed with his own assigned feast day, a proper Collect, and Office of Readings for the Liturgy of the Hours, but only within his own ecclesiastical territory or country and his religious order. Another major miracle after canonization is required to proceed to Canonization.
His tomb behind the chapel of the DST Convent in Valladolid, Carcar City has become a pilgrimage site for devotees of Archbishop Camomot, who admire the example of his life and believe in the efficacy of his intercession. The major dates of pilgrimage are on his birthday on 3 March and his death anniversary on 27 September. Near the tomb, a museum displays various items he had used in his lifetime.

Wilhelmina Goodson, better known as Billie Pierce (June 8, 1907 – September 29, 1974) was an American jazz pianist and singer.[1]
She was born in Marianna, Florida,[1] one of seven piano-playing sisters (including Ida Goodson), born to a mother and father who both themselves played piano. Early in the 1920s, Pierce played with Bessie Smith in a theater in Pensacola, Florida, and later in the decade played in the bands of Alphonse Picou, Emile Barnes, and George Lewis.[1] In the 1930s she played at the Blue Jay Club, where she met trumpeter De De Pierce; the two fell in love, married, and co-led their own ensemble, which served as the house band at Luthjen's Dance Hall in the 1950s. She played in the Preservation Hall Jazz Band,[1] and was a regular on the New Orleans jazz scene in the 1950s through the early 1970s.
She died in September 1974, in New Orleans, Louisiana, at the age of 67. Her husband had died the previous November, aged 69.[1]

François Périer, (10 November 1919 – 29 June 2002), born François Pillu in Paris, was a French actor.
He made over 110 film and TV appearances between 1938 and 1996. He was also prominent in the theatre. Among his most notable parts was that of Hugo in the first production of Jean-Paul Sartre's Les Mains Sales in 1948. He was the narrator of the French-language version of Fantasia.

The 09/11-event - Most Probably a Double Conspiracy
After the event of 09/11 2001 where planes crashed into the World Trade Center (WTS9 and other buildings like the Pentagon, with subsequent building collapses and several thousand people killed, several opposite opiniones prevails.
The political correct opinion is that the plaines were hijacked by Islamic terrorists that then steared the planes into the buildings and that the crash together with the fire afterwards made the buildings collapse.
A quite opposite opinion expressed by some is that the government in cooperation with mighty real estate magnates were the responsible, that the planes were operated as drones by the government and that the buildings fell at least partly by explosive objects placed in the buildings before the event, and set off deliberately after the plane crashes.
A careful analysis of the event point to some hybrid explanation.
That the planes really were hijacked by religious fanatics and led on course towards the buildings is difficult to deny. First of all several historical events the last decades prove that such fanatics exist and that there exist mighty islamistic organisations that brainwash and train young people to be self-suicidal terrorists.
Then you have families of those travelling with the planes succombed by the crashes that can testify that their loved ones are gone and some of them even spoke with their family members in the planes just before the crashes.

Modern Trends in Well-child and Well-teen Assessments - as They Manifest in Certain Areas in th World

There is a growing tendency in many societies to call in children at specific age levels for a thorrough assessment of the health and development with advanced radiological and endoscopic methods, much of which is perfomed through the openings in the intimate area. Usually the child is put under anesthesia for this exam. It happens in USA, Canada, Latin America, Western Europe, Australia and all other coumtries with strong cultural and political ties to USA and UK. It also happens in Eastern Europe but with somewhat other methods.
This ordeal is typically performed in a health center or in a hospital, and takes typically 3-5 hours, and is usually done some days after a more traditional well-child exam, a psychological assessment and an assesment by a dentist.
Some avatguardistic societies even hospitalize the child for a couple of days or have a hospital department within schools where the children stay for a couple of days for this type of examination.
The elected age levels for the ordeal tend to be 6-7, 11-12 and 15-16. These ordeals follow an internationlly standardized protocol and are coordinated internationally by some orgaqnization, nost probably the World Health organization (WHO). But this intrnational exam and surveillance program is mostly held secret for the common public as much as posible.
The following is a description of this protocoll.
PREPARATIONS AT HOME BEFORE THE EXAM
The parents will often be instructed not to give the child food after some time the day before and to give the child some laxative agent to make his stomach empty. They are instructed to bath the child and bring himher to the exam only lightly clothed. In some communities the child is taken to the exam from home or school in a special ambulance.
Some communities use huge ambulance vans that drive around, pick up the kid and perform the whole ordeal inside the van, that usually will be parked in a shielded area until the exam is finihed.
EXAM INITIATION
The exam will typically start as an ordinary well-child physical with the purpose of making the kid believe this willl not be something especially intrusive, and gradually increase the intimateness and intrusiveness of the ordeal.
One will perform a structured conversation with both the parent and the child. During this part the child will still have most of the body covered by clothes, but lightly so that bodily reaction during the conversation can be observed. This part may however occur in the home of the kid or the school before the kid is taken along.
At the end of this preliminary part the child will be clothed down to underwear or given a gown or some light exam clothes that are easy to open or remove.
At this early stage, the kid will usually be given some anesthesia through the mouth, by a shot or into the anus to make himnher calm and easy to manipulate.
Then one will listen to the heart and lungs, take the temperature, pulse rate and blood presure.
Then all clothes will be taken off the child, but heshe will typically be offered a gown or carpet to cover the body parts that are not under examination.
The exam is likely to proceed with anthropomorphic measurements with an assessment of the growth patern. This stage will include measurement of weight, height, limb length, and circumferance of all body parts.
During this early part one will also inspect the mouth, nose, genitals and anal region and take specimens of micobes and secretions from all body openings.
ORTHOPEDIC EXAM
The next stage will be a thorrough orthopedic examination, where the shape, flexibility, function and development status of all muscles, joints and bones in the body will be assessed, including the whole pelvic area and the muscles in the pelvic floor. The child will stand, sit or lie according to what is most practical for the different tests.
This part will typically start like the orthopedic exam in an ordinary well-child physical.
This examination will include:
-A check of spine curvature to diagnose scoliosis or other deformities, performed with the child in standing and foreward bent posisions.
-Checking of flexibility in the schoulders, armes, spine and hip with the child in standing and sitting posision.
-Assessment of leg and hip joint flexibility with the child laying, performed by probing all possible modes of bending and twisting of the legs.
- A general inspection of the pelvic structure with the legs bent up and spread, including assessment of the alignment of the rectal opening, symmetry of the buttocks, and symmetry of the outer genital structures.
-Ultrasound and X-ray examination of the major joints in the body, especially the hip joints, knees, shoulder joints and jaws.
During all of these eacminations, pictures of the kid in various positions will be taken and stored in a database.
ABDOMINAL AND CHEST EXAM WITH EXTERNAL MEASURES
After the orthopedic examination there one will perform an outer abdominal assessment whith the following procedure.
- Manual palpation and percussion all over the abdominal and renal region with the child laying on the back and laying at the sides with the legs flexed, to assess the shape of the abdominal organs, detect any tissue changes, painful points, muscular tension, masses, fluid accumulation and abnormal accumulation of intestinal content.
- Ultrasound examination of the abdomen with special attention at the bladder and the renal area.
- Ultrasound examination of the chest with special attention at the functions of the heart and great blood vessels.
FURTHER PREPARATIONS AND ANESTHESIA
As preparation for the following endoscopic exams, the child will usually get an enema and the intimate area will be washed. The enema will often be performed with a machine that flushes the colon several times through a tube inserted through the anus.
They will then place the child on the examination table. They will place monitoring electrodes on the head, chest, pelvic area and thighs. They will insert an intravenous tube into a blood vessel.
Then they will give the child anesthesia. The anesthesia will most often be initiated with medication given through the IV tube and in many societies this will be the main anesthesia throughout the procedures to follow.
But some societies will proceed by giving general anesthesia with artificial breathing. In this case the child will be given gas with a mask until heshe is uncoscious, then the breathing will be paralyzed whith medication through the IV tube, then a tube will be inserted into the airpipe of the child and through this tube the child will resceive further anesthetic gas and artificial breathing.
When the anestesia is effective, they will position the child for the endoscopic examinations. Hisher legs will be flexed, spread and placed upon stirrups to fully expose the pelvic area, and the arms extended to the sides or flexed upards at both sides of the head. The child will be held in this position for most of the endoscopic procedures.
EXAMINATION OF THE GENITALS
Then there will be a more specific genital assessment with the child laying on the back with the legs flexed up and separeted. The exact posision will vary according to the development stage of the child.
For girls this will include:
- Manual palpation of the outer genital area
- Examination of the genital area with an outer ultrasound sond.
- Separation of the labia to inspect the inner area of the genitals.
- Inspection of the vagina with an optical scope or using a speculum.
- Examination of the inner pelvic structures with an ultrasound probe inserted throughh the vagina or anus.
For boys the genital exam will include:
- Manual palpation of the penis, scrotum, testicles and the area down to the anus.
- Ultrasound exam of the scrotum, testicles and the area down to the anus.
- Retraction of foreskin and spreading uretral opening for inspection.
- Taking specimen of prostate fluid with a tube inserted into the urethra, and if necessary with a massage of the prostate with a finger or instrument inserted through the anus.
- Palpation of the prostate with a finger inserted through the anus.
- Ultrasound exam of the prostate region with a sond inserted through the anus.
INTERNAL INSPECTION OF THE URINARY TRACT
The child will then undergo cystoscopy where one inspects visually the inside of the urethra and the bladder, and possibly also takes small specimens from the inside walls. For boys there will be a thorrough inspection of the prostate area during this examination. Traditionally cystoscopy has been a difficult examination to undertake, but modern flexible instruments ha made it to an easy and very quick examination. During this exam the bladder will be filled with fluid and in that shape also assessed with an outer ultrasound sond.
Often one extends the inspection bu advancing as cope up into each kideney.
EXAM OF THE RECTUM AND COLON
Then they will examin the anus, rectum and colon, which involves.
- Examination of the anus and interior room with an inserted finger
- Opening of the anus with a speculum for visual inspection and taking specimens.
- Internal ultrasound exam to visualize the structures around the rectum.
- Inspection of the deeper parts of rectum and terminal colon with a flexible optical scope.
- Often one extends the inspection to include the whole of the colon and even the terminal part of the small intesine.
EXAMINATION INSIDE THE STOMACH THROUGH A HOLE MADE IN THE NAVEL REGION
This exam consists of making a small perforation in the botton of the navel, incerting a thin flexible endosocpe and inspecting the inside of the belly with this.
Sometimes one also takes tissue samples from the inner abdominal area during this exam, or even takes out the appendix.
OTHER ENDOSCOPIC EXAMINATIONS AND TISSUE SAMPELLING
Other endoscapic examinations than those mentioned occur during the ordeals, but vary according to a present whish, for example inspections in the nose or down into the upper digestive tract through the esophagus.
During the endoscopic examinations they will sample tissue speciments for analysis. Often they also do so from other regions, for example the area under or around the breast nipples.
IMPLANTMENT OF ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE CHIPS INTO THE KID
During the exam, they implant one or two electronic chips into the kid so that the wheareabouts and physiological status of the kid cam be followed around the clock from a secret surveillance station. They typically implant one chip in the chest and one in the pelvic area.
The chips will communicate with the station by use of the network of communication antennas set up thightly in most communities, just like cellphones are followed the same way. This chip implantement is the most secret of all particularities of this international program, but has been revealed accidentally when the kids have been subjected to examinations with independent doctors, that did not know about the progran in detail.
TEST OF PHYSIOLOGICAL REACTIONS
After the active exams, the child will be placed in an intensive care unit, with the recording electrodes in place, with a sond through the urethrato in the bladder, and often a sond through the anus going up into the colon.
The sonds going into the bldder and through the anus are used for drainage, but will will often have ability to record bodily activities and are used to test the functions in the urinary tract and lower digestive system. Typically sections of the sonds will be inflated, and the reactions inside the body will be recorded, or the bladder and the colon will be filled with fluid and stretched to test reactions.
Girls may also have sonds into the vagina, and boys often have devices surrounding the genitals. These are used to stimulate the sexual physiology by mechanical movements and by electric stimulations.
During these tests, the kid is held under anesthesia, but not so that bodily reactions are hindered.
After these tests, the child is allowed to wake up and the electrodes and sonds will be removed after some time.
HOW DATA FROM THE EXAMS ARE ADMINISTERED
The instruments used in most of these examinations will take pictures and measurements that are transfered to a computer, stored there and later taken forth for further inspection and diagnosis. The society will store all of the data in a secret database that authorities in the sodiety dealing with the kids will use accordingh to need.
SOME HISTORICAL ACCOUNTS
The type of exam program described here, is nothing new. It has been attempted from time to time in various societies around the world at least from the end of the second world war. In most of these societies, a certain percentage of children seem to have been chosen for the program, typically 10%. but steadily more societies perform this program on all kids in the society.

You can of course blend in other vegetables, fruit or things like cheese or feta. Be aware that cheese and feta are fat. These two ingredients are also best together with chicken. Some sliced orange or raw blueberries give the salad some sweet and fresh taste that combines very well with the taste of the other ingredients.
As a drink to the salad, you can use pure water or fruit juice without added sugar. You should blend concentrated juice with water to avoid too much sugar. Grape juice fits especially well to this salad.
Cooked tuna or chicken can be bought in every supermarket. But you can of course cook some amount of it yourself beforehand and store it in the freezer to make many salad portions from.
This salad gives you proteins, vitamins, minerals and some healthy fat. But you need some carbohydrates too. You can get that by eating some sliced full corn bread to the salad. Smear some olive oil upon the bread to make it soft. A little honey upon the bread is also tasty. You can also eat some cooked beans, peas or corn to the salad. Do not blend these ingredients into the salad, but you can put them in the same bowl beside the salad.

Peyronie's Disease and Abnormally Bent Penis - Causes, Symptoms and Treatment Options

Peyronie's disease consists of hard, fibrous tissue, called plaques, developing within the penile shaft. The plaques are hard, thickened and stiff areas, actually a kind of internal scarring. In this fibroid tissue also calcium compounds can accumulate, making the plaques even harder.
The Peyronie's disease is also called cavernositis, and also sometimes plastic induration. There is probably a chronic inflammation process that leads to this scarring.
The thickened area has less blood flow than normal penile tissue, and do not fill with blood and swell as the normal spongy areas in the inside of the penis. Therefore the penis swells more at the opposite side, and gets a curvature towards the side containing the plaques when erected.
If the plaques are found at several places, more complex deformations will develop. The abnormal bending, twisting or swelling within the penis, often also lead to painful erections.
Any man from the age of 18 and upwards can develop Peyronie's disease. The average age of men suffering from Peyronie`s disease is 50.
THE SYMPTOMS AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE CONDITION
The three main characteristics of cavernositis are:
- One or more small hard lumps underneath the skin, or a continuous hard, stiff and thickened area.
- Abnormal bent or crooked penis when erect. All penises have some curvature, but by this disease, the penile bend increases, and one may get a very curved penis. The penis may be bent as a banana or in an angular fashion. The penile bending is most often up, but may be down, to the left side, to right or sloping.
-The bending is usually to the same side as that of the hard thickened area when the penis is erected.
-The hard areas in the erected penis may look like bumps, making the penis irregular.
- Sometimes the penis bends greatly enough to make sexual intercourse difficult, or impossible.
- Pain during erections caused by the pressure from the hard areas in the penis, or from the stretched skin at the opposite side of the penis.
- One may not notice the bend immediately, as it tends to develop over one to three months and later than the hardness and stiffness of the indurations.
- The plastic induration may progress and cause impotence. Sometimes the Peyroni's disease will clear up by itself, but this may take several years.
THE CAUSES OF PEYRONIE¨S DISEASE
The exact cause of the induration is unknown. It's not a sign of an underlying serious condition, and it is not a sexually transmitted infection. It is possible that the disease can begin with an inflammation in the penile tissue. An inflammation may be caused by an allergic or auto-immune reaction. Although the Peyronie's disease is not an infection, an initial infection can damage the penile tissue and cause an inflammation that develops into Peyronie's disease. Men having the inflammatory condition called Systemic Lupus Erytematosus more often get Peyronie's disease.
Vitamin E deficiency seems to be a contributing factor in causing the disease. Diabetes may cause damage of blood vessels, and if this damage occurs in the erectile bodies of the penis, Peyronie's disease can develop. Peyronie's disease is sometimes a side effect of the drug Inderal (propanolol) used against high blood pressure.
Sometimes a physical injury to the penis that causes internal bleeding, or a series of such injuries, is the initial cause. A habit of violent sexual activity may cause such injuries. It is thought that some men may have a genetic disposition to the condition.
Plastic induration of the penis is not a cancer, and cannot cause cancer, however a lump or deformation in your genitals that develops, must be examined.
TREATMENT OG PEYRONIE'S DISEASE
Not all men with Payronie's disease require treatment. The disease sometimes go away by itself. If the condition is pronounced, it is also difficult to find a remedy that can cure every sign of the disease, but several methods can take away most penis changes associated with Peyronie's. Here is a survey of treatment methods used today.
Tamoxifen - In its early stages of the disease a medication called Tamoxifen has been shown to prevent the formation of the fibrous plaque by Peyronie's disease. This drug is also used in the treatment of breast cancer, but the two conditions are not related.
Vitamin E and B - Vitamin E and B is sometimes effective in easing the pain and as a treatment for the penile deformity by Peyronie's disease.
Verapamil - Verapamil, often used in the treatment of high blood pressure, has been shown to decrease the size of the plaque and decrease the pain when injected directly into the plaque, and thus also improve the penis shape distortion by peyronie's disease.
Shock wave therapy - Extracorporeal shock wave therapy, or ESWT, a new treatment, is being used in some hospitals for the Peyronie's disease. Although the initial results of this new approach to treat Peyronie's disease have been promising, the long-term outcome is still undetermined.
Surgery - This is sometimes considered if Payroni's disease has lasted for a year or more and it hasn't progressed or regressed for at least three months. The Basics of Physical Yoga Exercises- or Hatha Yoga
Systems of physical exercises that can be called yoga have been developed many places and with different ultimate purposes, but the improvement of health and physical abilities is always a purpose. In many traditions, especially many of the the Indian traditions of yoga, these bodily improvements are seen as a means for a further higher spiritual goal. In other traditions the bodily improvements together with coupled mental improvements are seen as the main goal, as for exmple in the Chinese traditions.
The basic principles of physical yoga exercises are simple, however, and if you follow these principles, you actually are doing yoga. Therefore you can make your own yoga exercises that fit your own need as long as you follow the principles. In the following these are explained.
An important part of physical yoga is the breathing exercises, or pranayama. This part is in many ways the most fundamental, because the basic type of breathing is also a part of the yoga postures - the asanas. The postures consist of stretching and holding the body in specific stretched positions for some time, while breathing in a specific way. One usually do both pranatama and asanas in the same session. You can do the pranayama before or after the asanas.
BREATHING EXERCISES
The complete yoga-breath is a basic exercise upon which all other breathing exercises are based, and this is also the way you breath during the body postures. It is however also an independent exercise that you can do any time to refresh yourself. It begins with lungs in a totally empty state obtained by contracting your stomach muscles and all of your chest muscles.
Then breath in as much as you can by letting your stomach expand. Then proceed breathing in by expanding the muscles in the mid of your chest. At last complete the filling of your lungs by expanding the upper part of your chest. It is not possible to separate these three faces completely, though, and they shall also glide over into each other in a smooth way.
Then you empty your lungs completely in a similar sequence. First you contract your stomach muscles and empty as much as possible using these muscles. While holding your stomach muscles contracted, you proceed emptying by contracting the muscles in the mid of your chest and then complete by contracting the upper part of your chest.
All other breathing exercises are essentially variants of the complete yoga breath. When doing the exercises you sit in an upright position on a chair or on some cloth at the floor with crossed legs. Some of these exercises are:
- You breath in and out rapidly 8-15 times, and then hold your breath some while.
- You breath in rapidly, using 4 seconds, then hold your breath 16 seconds or as long as it feels comfortable, then breath out using 8 seconds.
- In a more complex variant of the above exercise you breath in while closing one of your nostrils with a finger, hold your breath some while, and then breath out closing the other nostril. Then you repeat it while still closing your other nostril, hold the breath and then breath out while closing the first nostril.
- You can breath in and breath out through your mouth while pressing your lips towards each other so that you get an extra pressure in your lungs. You can also press your lips together while breathing in so that you get an under-pressure in your lungs.
BODY POSTURES
A yoga posture begins with your body in a relaxed position, either laying flat down or sitting right up. You empty your lungs before the posture as in a complete yoga breath.
- Then you slowly swing or twist your whole body or parts of your body into a stretched position. While doing this your breath in as in the complete yoga breath.
- Then you hold the position for a short or longer time. If you hold it long, you are breathing relaxed with the complete yoga breath method, but not in such a complete way that the breath makes you exhausted.
- Then you slowly swing back from the stretched state to the original position while breathing out like in the complete yoga breath.
Most postures are variant of these basic principles, of which a few are:
- You lay on your back on a cloth at the floor. Then swing your arms up and behind your shoulders, stretching all of your body from top to toe. Then slowly sit up and swing your torso forward while stretching your arms towards your toes. If possible bend your torso all the way down to your knees. After holding the position some while, slowly sit up and then lay down to the original position.
- You lay on a cloth at the floor on your stomach, with another cloth under your lower stomach to protect your genitals. Then lift and swing your upper body up as long as possible, while also bending your head back. Push with your hands towards the floor to help the lifting and to get an effective stretch. Then slowly lay down again at your stomach.
- Sit at the floor on a thick cloth with your legs flexed up halfway towards your stomach and your knees together. Then twist your torso and also swing your head to one side, while pushing against your knee with your hands to help the twisting and get an effective stretch. Then, after holding the position a while, swing your torso back and twist to the other side in the same manner.
- Lay on your back on a cloth at the floor. Swing your legs up so your feet come over your head. Then lift your torso up from the floor so that your body rests upon your shoulders, and straighten your body upwards as much as you feel comfortable. Help the lifting and holding the position with your arms. After having been in that upright position some while, descend your torso and legs again.
The classical description of this exercise prescribes that your body shall point straight up, but that causes your neck to bend unpleasantly and a great pressure in your head. Therefore it is best for most people not to straighten out completely when resting the body on your shoulders.

HOW TO LEARN YOGA
You can find exact descriptions of yoga exercises in books and in web-sites or you can attend courses. You will probably find that the exercises are difficult to do as described in the beginning. It is however possible to do them approximately in the beginning and gradually learn to perform them perfectly.
But you can also compose your own exercises that fit your personal condition and need. To be yoga exercises they must be composed according to the principles outlined above. How to Prevent Heart Disease and Circulatory Problems

Lifestyle factors cause most incidents of heart disease and diseases in the blood circulation, either wholly or partially. - Avoid a high amount of stress over a longer period. If there is something in your lifestyle or work that makes you stressed, you should make adjustments. Meditation is a good method to stress down.
- Decrease the amount of fat in your diet. Do not add much oil, butter or other types of fat to your food. Do not consume much fast-food or ready made food that often contain great amount of added fat.
-Avoid altogether chemically altered fat, so-called trans-fat. This type of fat is often found in margarine and is often added to many types of cookies.
-Avoid great amounts of saturated fat, as found in fat milk, fat diary products, coconut products and butter.
- Still you need some fat. The fat you mostly need are mono-unsaturated fat as found in olives, olive oil, rape oil, canola oil and almonds, omga-3-polyunsaturated fat found for example in fish, seafood and flax oil and omga-6-polyunsatyrated found in sunflower oil, soy oil, corn oil, sunflower seeds and many types of nuts.
- Much of the fat you still choose to add to your food should be oils with mono-unsaturated fat like olive oil, rape oil, almond oil or canola oil. Marine oils or flax oil can be added to get enough omega-3-fat. You can also use some soy oil, corn oils and other types of natural oils with a high content of omega-6-fat, but do not use too much of these to avoid over-consuming this type of fat.
- Avoid consuming great amounts of salt. Do not add much salt to the food you ccok, and do not eat great amounts of ready made salty food. When it is hot in the weather or you are in high physical activity, you will however need some more salt, and must consume some more than elswhere.
- Eat some nuts, almonds or sunflower seeds several times each week, since these food types give you fat valuable for your circulatory health.
- Eat fish at least every second day. Use lean meat, lean poultry, mushrooms, seafood and lean diary products in the food you make.
- Consume a moderate amount of carbohydrates. Avoid adding great amounts of sugar to your food. Avoid consuming much sweet drinks, cookies and snacks with great amounts of sugar and other carbohydrates.
- Use carbohydrate sources that contain fibre and that let the carbohydrates be taken up over some time, for example full corn bread and cereals, beans, peas and fresh fruit.
- Eat vegetables and fruit to each meal in order to get enough vitamins, minerals, fibres and anti-oxidants. They should be raw or only gently cooked so that the content of nutrients is not washed out.
- A moderate alcohol consume is good for your blood circulation, especially red wine, but over-drinking has the opposite effect.
- Avoid excessive eating. Eating too much is not good for your blood circulation even though you eat sound food.
- Reduce excessive weight. The advices depicted above will often over time normalize your weight. If this is not enough you should carry through a more specific weight reduction program.
- If you suffer from diabetes, this disease should be well controlled.
- Extra supplements of vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and anti-oxidants may be useful. Also some herbal supplements containing adaptogenic factors can be useful, for example supplements based on ginseng or roseroot (Rhodiola rocea). Supplements are especially useful if it is difficult to achieve a wholly satisfactory diet, or you have extra stressful conditions in your life you cannot avoid.

Girl, 13 yo, North America, Pelvic-focused health examination
I am female. It happened in North America, in 2015 or later, 13 years old, xalled in by a letter in mail. They fetched me in an ambulance or special car from home, to a regular hospital. Other selection criteria.
PREPARATIONS
I was not allowed to eat ome time before the exam. I got laxatives at home to clean out my stomach the day before the exam. They washed my body before the exam and I got a traditional enema before the exam to clean out my stomach.
ARRANGEMENTS AND ANESTHESIA
I was totally naked through all the procedures. I had to strip totally naked before the exam. They placed me upon something like a dentist's chair but with devices to lift my legs onto. I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up spread and mounted upon these two devices.
I got IVs tubes into blood vessels in an arm, a blood pressure monitor wrapped around an arm or a leg, and electrodes on my cheast, my stomach or hip region, legs and head. I got a tube or sond in through my anus.
I got anesthesia through tubes into my blood vessels. I got some numbing and lubricating cream injected into my urinary opening and vagina. The anesthesia only took away pain and made me relaxed, but I was conscious.
EXAMINATIONS WITH EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT
They performed an EEC (electroencephalogram) - functional test of the brain with electrodes on the head. They performed an ECG functional test of the heart function with electrodes on my chest and other body areas. They performed an analysis of my breathing and oxygen uptake where I had to breath into a tube.
They examined my with an ultrasound device or something similar at my head and neck, upper body, stomach area, shoulder area, hip area, arms and legs.
They used the installed electrodes to record functions inside my head, chest, belly and limbs.
They examined my genitals with an ultrasound device and thet had electrodes at my genitals to record functions in this area.
INTERNAL INSPECTIONS WITH ENDOSCOPES
They inspected the inside of my throut with a scope. They inspected the inside of my urethra and bladder with a scope.
They used a speculum in my vagina and explored it with a finger. They took specimens from my vagina with a tube. They inspected my vagina with a scope and with an unltrasound probe.
They explore mu anus eith a finger, inspected my anus with a speculum, and took specimens from my anus with a tube.
They inspected me through my anus with an ultrasound probe. They performed a full colonoscopy with a flexible scope.
ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM
I had catheter into my bladder, a tube going in through my anus, and lay with my legs in stirrups some time after the exam a couple hours, then took me home.
THE SCHOOL AI ATTENDED
I attended ordinary daytime school.
COMMENTS
This is a standardized health exam that steadily more societies around the globe do at kids of this age, some at all kids, some at a percent of kids arbitrarily selected, and some at kids showing some physical, mental or social deviation from a very strict standard the society has established.
These ordeals are not spoken openly about to the public and what is done is often shielded by deep sedation or general anesthesia, which is unnecessary and poses risks to the kids.
In this case the girl only god moderate sedation, or the sedation did not work as intended.

One reason for this is to have controle of body functions in the recovery period, but the tubes are also used to record body functions for examination purposes.
These exams are done to detect health problems and development problems at an early tume, but equally important purposes are surveillance and controle of the kids by the society and research.
Both boys and girls undergo these ordeals. Usually they were done more often on boys, but in the recent years the societies seem to call in girls more frequntly.

Girl, 11yo-16yo, Canada, Bi-yearly full body inspection in a Montessori school
I am female. It happened in Canada in 2000-2009, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 years old.
The exam was just announced suddenly at the beginning of the first day. The exam happpene at a room in the school that was preliminary prepared for the event.
All children of the age group in my community and children in my school of the age group and in the kindergarten had the exam.
Those questions didn't quite apply, so let me clarify by telling you the scenario:
It was a montessori school in Canada. I moved there to start 6th grade and had never gone to a school like that before.
The exam was done right in the classroom by assistant nurses and the teachers. The first day of class they just announced out of nowhere they were going to do medical exams and puberty measurements, and we should all take all of our clothing off. All the other kids did it right away without caring, apparently it was something they were used to, but I wasn't, so I was really embarrassed. It took me a long time before I could move, but they asked me again and I realized everyone else was doing it so I'd just go along with it.
ARRANGEMENTS
I had to strip totally naked before the exam. I was placed to lay on my back with steight legs, on my stomach with my legs flexed down and spread, on my right side, on my left side.
I did not get any anesthesia. They laid us down on the beanbag chairs that were in the classroom. We changed positions multiple times as asked, and the examiners mostly kneeled down or sat on stools.
BODY ASSESSMENTS AND MEASUREMENTS
They went over every inch of my skin, head to toe, and touched and felt and checked everything. They pressed my skin to see its texture, they rubbed my abdomen for a long time to feel how my organs were. They listened with their ear directly touching my skin in several places. They used small measuring tapes and rulers to measure every tiny aspect of my body, depth of my vagina, length of my clit.
I was super embarrassed and turned red all over but they said it was nothing to feel bad about. I kept trying to cover myself and they had to move my hands.
I was terrified they were going to make us masturbate or something, like provide a sample. It seemed like they wanted to test every body function, but the only sample they took was they had us all pee in a cup. I saw some boys with erect penises having them measured, but I don't know if the nurses stimulated them or just let it happen on its own.
Months later when I brought it up, and told other students my fears (we had gotten to know each other better) they seemed to feel there would be nothing wrong with it if they did want to masturbate us.
INTERNAL INSPECTIONS
They took specimens from my nose with a tube. They took specimens from my throut with a tube. They took specimens from my urethra with a tube. They used a speculum in my vagina. They took specimens from my vagina with a tube. They took specimens from my anus with a tube. The doctor explored my vagina with a finger. The doctor explored my anus with a finger.
INTERROGATION OF BODY FUNCTIONS, HABITS AND REACTIONS
They also asked a million questions about everything my body does, and since I was new and had no prior records they had to ask me the most. They asked when my pubic hair came in, but also just random things like do I cry sometimes, are my tears coming out fine, do I have too much or too little earwax.
ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM
Some other type of arrangements. We just went on with classes as normal, afterwards. I was shaking and was desperately trying to find my clothes. I noticed half the class didn't even bother putting their clothes back on, some only got half-dressed. Most of the class stayed barefoot and continued that habit in class from then on.
PSYCOLOGICAL EXAMINATION AS FOLLOW-IP
Everyone else just acted like nothing weird happened at all, but the teachers noticed how uncomfortable I was and after class they talked to my parents, and I was signed up for psychological examinations. In those sessions the therapist gently at first, then over time more insistently told me to undress and to get comfortable with it. I went to four more psych sessions that were held totally nude before they decided I was healthy.
ABOUT THE SCHOOL I WENT TO
I went to a Montessori school. It was just a montessori school, they said they prided themselves on doing things differently, giving individual attention, and not worrying about the way other people do things or giving a lot of pointless rules. I could write a whole book on how strange and different it was, including subjects like health, sexual education, and phys ed, but I did get a better education. and it was interesting never getting talked to about how I dressed or if I scratched myself or how I sat or anything.
These full body exams happened for the next 5 years, on the first day of each new school year, and the first day back from winter vacation.
COMMENTS
Montessori schools tend to monitor the bodily and mental development of each kids very detailledly in order to fit the teaching the best ways to rach kid. Since inspections and mesaurements in the pelvic reagion and data one can get by inspections through the pelvic openings tell very much about the development stage, this region is perhaps monitored the most in these schools.
These schools has however some standards for what they concider a normal development, and if these standards are not met, they tend to subject the children for adjustments of various kind, including adjustments with instruments put in through the urethra vagina and anus, special training regimes of itimate kind and external physiological therapies. This account does not tell about these kind of adjustments, but the girl was sent to a psychologist for a more thorrough psychological assessment and possible adjustments of mental and emotional kind.
Since many children were examined at the same time the school probably had apppintments with nurses from some health institution nearby, and the teachers also seemed to have been thought about how to perform the exam. It is possible that the data measured at the exam were used in some scientific project that the society was running and that the school got money from that project.

Girl, 12yo, Eastern Europe, gynecological exam combined with cystosocpy and sigmoidoscopy
I am female. It happened in Eastern Europe, 1980-1989, 12 years old. I was told that I was being taken to a doctor visit and that the doctor would be examining my entire body. My parents drove me to the exam that happend in a great ambulating van equipped for doing the exams.
It jappened to all children that authorities suspected had been subjected to sexual abuse or children that have shown more than just standard interest for sexual matters. The exam was conducted in a large van type vehicle which was parked in a hospital parking area. There was an area for talking with the doctor, another for changing out of clothes and a larger area with two exam tables. One was flat and the other had knee holders for female exams. I remember a table with a lot of medical instruments I hadn't seen before.
PREPARATIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS
I got a traditional enema before the exam to clean out my stomach. I was given a gown but was naked under the gown in the time I stayed awake. They placed me upon a simple examination table. I was placed to lay on my back with streight legs.

EXAMINATION USING EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT
They examined my stomach area with and ultrasound device or something similar. They examined my genitals with an ultrasound device.
INTERNAL INSPECTIONS
They inspected the inside of my urethra and bladder with a scope. The doctor explored my vagina with a finger. They used a speculum in my vagina. They inspected my vagina with a scope.
The doctor explored my anus with a finger. They inspected my anus with a speculum. They inspected me through my anus with a rigid scope,
I remember feeling some pain in my vaginal area. And a lot of pressure during part of the exam of my anus.
ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM
I just lay some time in a bed to recover. I lay naked under a blanket after the exam. My mom took care of me afterwards. The exam took about an hour. I went to some other type of main school.
COMMENTS
What happened with the girl Was a gynecological exam combined with a simple inspections into the bladder, the rectum and lower part of the colon.
The fact that they used a big van that could drive around, and that the exam occured so rapidly, even though it was fairly extensive, indicate that this sociaty subjected a large number of children to this exam.
Similar exams occur to boys, so I suspect this community did something similar to boys. Some societies do this to all children at that age, others to all children that show some difference from a strict normality scheme.

Girls, 14yo, France, Thorrough examination to check pubertal status
I am female. It happened in Western Europe, a smaller city in France, 1980-1989, 14 years old. The school told us it was a special examination day and we should report to room 30. The school sent a general flyer home with us for our parents to read a week beforehand. They checked us all together in this room but I noticed only the boys were being checked in the butt. It felt unusually good and warm being touched by them. They mostly crouched to inspect us, and used small flashlights. There was a lot of feeling and pulling on pubic hair. Some pubic hair samples were pulled out gently and put in bags. Two doctors spent a lot of time pulling on my clitoral hood to expose the glans.
OBSERVATION OF MASTURBATION AND SEXUAL REACTIONS
They seemed to finish examining us, and asked us to stand or sit on the floor, whatever was comfortable, and masturbate. They encouraged us all to look at each other, and to vocalize what we were thinking about. Most of the girls were too shy but the boys went ahead right away
Some nurses came around to the girls who didn't masturbate and held our hands bringing them to our genitals. One whispered in my ear to go ahead, it's part of the examination. Eventually we all did. After a half hour of masturbating we were mostly all finished.
They handed out some paper towels to clean up ourselves and our area. One boy hit me with his semen but he looked very embarrassed so I didn't get upset Afterwards.

They told us to go back to our homeroom class. I asked for my clothes. They said you have already been seen. THE SCHOOL I WENT TO
I went to a Montessori school. I thought it was a relatively normal school but I found out later it was what you would call a special school like a Montessori school. The main difference is we could come or not come as we pleased, if we didn't feel like attending for a while.
COMMENTS
This was an exam to check the pubertal status, and the sexual functions of the kids. To get an exact picture of the pelvic development status and the health of the initimate zones, one must inspect the urethra and bladder of both sexes and the vagina in girls. Boys must be checked through the anus to assess the prostate.
Montessori schools have pioneered these thorrough development checks, but they are established steadily more in other schools and communies around the World, but it is nearly never talked about fpr the public. In these exams as they are performed today, both boys and girls get an inspection through teh anus too, and many other endoscopic examinations have been added.
But asking the kids to do sexual handlings is perhaps not done widely any more. Instead one uses electrical or mechanical stimulation with equipment and record reactions with electrodes.

I am female. It happened in New Zealand in 2010-2014 when I was 12 years old My dad just said it was time to go to the doctor for a checkup. My parents drove me to the exam at a doctors office.
PREPARATIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS
Once we got there my dad said it's because he hasn't seen me naked in years and he needs to make sure everything is okay. He went in the exam room with me and told me I had to undress completely (this was before the doctor came in just the nurse doing blood pressure etc). He pulled my arms down when I tried to cover myself and said it's important to be naked for an exam.
They washed my body before the exam. I was totally naked through all the procedures. I had to strip totally naked before the exam. They placed me upon something like a dentist's chair but with devices to lift my legs onto. I did not get any anesthesia. I had to get up and stand in a variety of positions but most of the exam was in this chair.
EXTERNAL PROCEDURES
The doctor checked all of my joints and their range of movement He ran his fingers over all of my skin and checked carefully for moles. He ran his fingers over my lips around my nipples checked between my toes
They performed an analysis of my breathing and oxygen uptake where I had to breath into a tube. I had to do some physical work like cycling or running on a threadmill when the ECG and breathing analysis was performed.
INTIMATE EXAM
The doctor explored my vagina with a finger. The doctor explored my anus with a finger. He spread my vagina open and looked deep inside.
HOW THE EXAM ENDED
The entire time my dad made comments about how my body looked and how I was changing. Some other type of arrangements. I sat naked for a long time. My dad took my clothes with him and left the room. The doctor told me it was natural if I wanted to touch myself to relieve some tension and he would leave me alone for a little while. They were both out of the room for some time.
My dad eventually told me I could put my shirt back on but only that and we went home in the car. He said from now on he wants to see my body regularly to keep an eye on it. I attended ordinary daytime school. Just normal school.
COMMENTS
Some societies seurveil children extensively during the prepuberty and puberty period. This seems to be one of these societies. Some of these societies engage the parents to do some of this bodily surveillance. This exam was probably not the idea of her father, but something the society had arrange and used the father as a healper.
The main purpose of this exam was for a gneral helth checkup and especially to check the development of the girl.
She tells she did not get any anesthesia, but I wonder if she actually got it so that she was unconscious during a part of the exam and the exam was more extensive than she remembers. One typically give children anesthesia that takes away memory and that may be the case her.
What probably happened was an inspection of her bladder, vagina and rectum and lower colon with endoscopes. Also they possibly used the time to instruct her father how to check her.
It is possible they observed her trhough an one-way mirror, or even videotaped her, when she was in the room alone to masturbate. Id so, a question will be if the doctor and her father did it for own sexual gratification, or if it was a part of the surveillance procedure this society peforms, or for some medical project. It is impossible to know, since this kind of things happen aound the world for all of these reasons.
