We had the pleasure of working with Lara when we rented a house in North Park. Throughout our tenancy she was nothing but professional, helpful, and accommodating. She went out of her way to answer our questions, schedule super timely maintenance, and support us during our move-in and move-out. We are beyond appreciative of her and her team, and will definitely miss renting from them.

My previously Property Management company was poor at communicating and slow to schedule repairs at my condo (ie annoying the tenants). Raven is extremely proactive and quickly relays all relevant information.

Lara and her team have been extremely responsive from initially viewing and throughout our lease. Property was well kept and any minor issues we found she made sure to address them promptly. This was a great experience and the process from viewing to end of the lease was one of the most pleasant and easiest done.

Lara and their team are always super responsive to any issues within the house. Constant communication and things get taken care of pretty quickly.

She has been very responsive via text and email, and very professional throughout the process. The building is impressively well maintained, especially considering the 1930's original build date, and the unit was perfectly clean for move in.

Everything has been great so far, and I'm very much looking forward to renting from Lara...which is just an added comfort to finding such a fun and unique property to live in! Many of the neighbors have been at the property for 7+ years, (some up to 20!). So that says a lot about renting from Lara/Heritage Property Consulting.

I can't say enough nice things about Heritage Property Consulting! My girlfriend and I love our new house. It's been well maintained, was really clean, and the landscaping looks great, too. Lara was so quick about replying to our first email with a few questions to help everyone get on the same page, and it made scheduling an appointment to see the house really easy. We were able to get an answer back about our application the same day we applied, and we had the lease done and keys in our hands two hours later. You can tell she cares about her tenants and the house is gorgeous. The whole experience was the fastest and easiest rental I've ever done.
