Born on April 28, 1981 in Pomona, California, Jessica Marie Alba is a TV and film actress who started acting at the young age of 13. Her first ever acting stint was in the 1994 movie, Camp Nowhere, where she played a minor role. Jessica Alba is hailed by the media as one of the sexiest actresses in Hollywood, with men's magazines like FHM, Maxim, and Playboy clamoring to get her to do sexy poses. Despite her sexy image, Jessica remains as one of the very few Hollywood actresses who refuse to do nude scenes in their movies. As mentioned, Jessica's first acting stint was in the film Camp Nowhere, which was followed by two more movies before she landed a minor role in Drew Barrymore's hit 1999 comedy film, Never Been Kissed. She continued playing minor roles in films like Idle Hands, Paranoid, and The Sleeping Dictionary, until she landed a major lead role in the 2003 movie, Honey. In 2005, she appeared in three movies: Sin City, Fantastic Four, and Into the Blue. In 2007, she appeared in the Fantastic Four movie sequel, Rise of the Silver Surfer, as well as in The Ten, Awake, and the romantic comedy, Good Luck Chuck.

The year 2008 saw three movie performances from Jessica Alba: as Lucy in Meet Bill, as Sydney Wells in The Eye, and as Jane Bullard in the comedy film The Love Guru.
