Where do I begin,
Massage therapist was very inexperienced or did not care. She did not have the ability to use her hands in a skillful way, nor did she have the stamina and did not know how to compensate. She would apply pressure to my spine and shoulder bone, it was very painful. She was nervous, full of anxiety and her entire demeanor was off, she did not create a relaxing atmosphere.
The room was COLD, OLD and not inviting. The floor had very small tiles and the therapist kept scraping the chair across the floor, which caused a loud, screeching, high noise that was unpleasant to hear, especially during a massage. The entire massage was uncomfortable and I could not wait to get out of there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my deep tissue massage with Amanda today.

As I walked in I was greeted by two front desk representatives. They offered me a complimentary foot soak with the choice of an essential oil and heated neck thing.

Amanda checked in with me throughout the massage. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. She even gave me some stretches and massage pointers for when I went home.

Will definitely return to Amanda and I already scheduled my next appointment!

Just had a massage in this spa and was very poor. I booked a 45 min massage because they were all booked for more time. The therapist says that would be lower or upper body not whole body for 45 min. So I decided to do upper body and she told that she would do feet, but didn't. She was like 10-20 min on my face , and started to pull my ears and I told her to stop. She did shoulders and back but very little, never did feet like she mentioned. Worst Massage ever. Yesterday I had a facial and I liked and tip well. Today I have no reason to tip. Please business owners choose your work team well.

This place is an absolute gem and I'm so glad I found it. I have had 2 treatments here so far, I see many more in my future, and they were great. As soon as you walk into this establishment you feel welcomed. It's serene and peaceful. The staff is very accommodating and attentive.
I had a facial the very first time I came and I left feeling like a new person. My skin looked and felt so refreshed.
Today I had my full body therapeutic massage and again left feeling like a new person. Carol was my massage therapist and she was able to get to work on my trouble spots and give me some relief.
I highly recommend International Day Spa to anyone in the area.

This is a fabulous place to go for a massage or facial. The staff are always professional, pleasant and polite. Their technicians are experienced and very skilled, and the setting is relaxing. And you can do a foot soak before your treatment for free! Highly recommended!

The services (facial and massage) were great.
The quiet room is a bit awkward. It's like a lobby but at the same time people are trying to soak feet and relax.
The front desk lady (red head strawberry hair color) presented a bit short and dry. When I was looking around she kept eye ballin me. At one point they were gossiping whispering. The faces that they had as they walked people to the quiet room said it all. I heard how they responded to other guests. The esthetician and massage therapist were great. It's the front desk that needs a bit more training on customer service.
Some people have accents or not comfortable with certain things. A cultural training is a must. I give 3 stars just for the actual services. And the variety of things that they sell.

A delightful and peaceful little place if your a first timer be sure to keep an eye out for the little alley to get in there. Nice and professional Staff.

Terrible cancellation policy! I just arrived for my scheduled massage to find that my masseuse had called off. Staff indicated they had been trying to get a hold of me, but I received no phone calls from International Day Spa and no voicemail. They were going to charge me if I canceled the appointment with less than 24 hours notice. I should be reimbursed or comped when they cancel the appointment with less than 24 hour notice!!! Rescheduling is not enough. I won't be rebooking.

Hubby and I recently spent the morning getting messages, we really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely come here again.. I just wish they offered couple's messages! Staff was very friendly, inside is cute and cozy. Great way to start our anniversary! Definitely a hidden Gem in Redlands.

My husband & I had an excellent spa day!......I had a massage and my husband had a facial......Both were fabulous!.....Sonya was my massage therapist & she was awesome
With Sonya you are going to have a really relaxing hour.....perfect pressure in those hands..... you won't need to tell her where you need extra pressure because she knows.... and she will work out all those kinks.....
They ask that you come in early to fill out paperwork.....but while you are doing that, you are soaking your feet in a very peaceful area.....
Parking can be tough on the street, there is also a lot behind the building....
