John's MO

As you view this, the first thing I want to say is welcome. My name is John, and this is my Modus Operandi, which is Latin for a way of accomplishing or doing something. I created this website as a way for me to share the most important thing to me and ultimately to you, as well.

Please, Please take just a moment to read this entire page. I cannot stress enough the importance for you to read entirely what I am sharing with you on this website?

You will live for an X number amount of years. During that time, you will laugh and you will cry. You may get married or maybe not. You will work at one place and you may move on to another. However, ultimately, no matter how hard we try, we all will die; I will and you will too.

Then What?

I am not in the business of judging your life and lifestyle, because that is not nearly as important as what happens after death.

What is so odd, however, is what you do while you re living makes all the difference after you die.

If you are atheistic then I call you agnostic (more on this, please scroll all the way to the bottom of this page past the print button) and with that, I have to trust you see the truth before it is too late.
*
However, for the high majority of you that know there is a God, I speak to you.

I will not get into the specifications of your view of a god versus God.

This is bigger than both you and me. So many people think they have it all figured out and yet for years and years, what has been looked at by man has been shown as err.

Let me give a quick breakdown of, not what I made up but what the Bible says. God created a perfect man, Adam, but with his own ability to make choices. Sadly, he chose rebellion and sin. Then God gave man the law, known as the commandments, which are the rules for us to live by. Keeping the law perfectly was the way to enter Heaven when we die. But, sadly we cannot keep the law. I know I have lied, have you not? I have stolen, if just the smallest of things, have not you as well? That s just two and already you and I both are condemned not to be in heaven. Of course, you know the only alternative is Hell.

I know what so many people believe. Many say they believe in God but they follow it with a statement similar to this: Well, I hope when I stand before God, He will take into account all the good I try to do and it will out weigh the bad or I really am not a bad person, especially compared to a murderer or rapist . The Bible says that there is none good, no not one. With none good, and pure goodness the only access to Heaven, then we all are bound for Hell

BUT WAIT. Without a doubt you know who Jesus is and what He did, but I shall expound. Jesus did what we cannot, and that is lived on the earth with NO sin, perfect. Then He took His life and laid it down for us, dying on the cross in the place of you and me, and then defeated death, just like He defeated sin, He rose from death. He did this for the commandments we cannot keep. He made a way for us to live in Heaven, with Him.

Think about getting caught in an infraction and the cost is one-hundred-trillion dollars and it is impossible to get out of; in fact, the judge, himself and a thousand others were there to witness your infraction. You stand before the judge and he is ready to condemn you because you have no way to pay the fine. All of a sudden, the door opens and in walks a man that says: Stop, wait one minute. I have the money, have paid the infraction in full and this man is a free man . This exact scenario is the exact thing that Jesus did for you and me. We have a debt that cannot be paid, but He paid it for us. The only thing we have to do is accept it by repenting to Him of our sins and trust in Him for salvation.

So you have made it this far, what do you do now?  You must accept the completed work of Jesus as your payment for your sins; this is repentance of your sins as you accept the fact He died for your sins. Turn from your sin and turn to the completed work on the cross by Jesus to be your access to Heaven.

One more example.  You see a bridge ahead of you walking down a path.  You believe in the ability of the bridge to support you as you walk across it.  But to believe on the bridge you must physically walk across the bridge for deliverance to the other side.  Now apply this for you deliverance, or Salvation after death.  Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.  Put faith in what He did not you.

Please take a minute, accept what He did, and realize it is not anything you can do. Forget about thinking that you hope God will weigh your bad and your good, hoping the good out weighs the bad. Just one sin condemns us to the devil s hell.

Quit hoping that a preacher, priest, or family will pray or do something to get you into Heaven, as we are individually responsible for our own destiny.

My friend there is NO other way that anyone can get to Heaven today but trusting in Jesus, turning from our sin and turning to Jesus and accepting His work, not our own, and asking Him into our lives as the substitute or "payment" for our admission into Heaven when we die.

Please, take a moment and pray something like this:

Lord, I am a sinner and in no way can I work my way to Heaven. I ask you to forgive my sins as I accept Jesus as my Saviour for my life and ask You into my heart. In Jesus name Amen.

I hope you prayed and truly meant what you prayed, not just repeated what I wrote. I truly hope you trust in Jesus as your Saviour.

This is my Modus Operandi, being that I want everyone to go to Heaven. I realize many have already been cynical of this site or brushed it off and could care less, but I feel I need you to see that eternity in heaven can only be through Jesus Christ and no other way. Please go back, read this again, and just pray for God to show you the truth as you reread this. And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. - John 8:32; I believe He will if you are earnest in your desire for the truth. Thank you, John

What is next after Salvation? Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new - II Corinthians. 5:17

If you accepted Jesus as your Saviour, there are a few things you should strive to do.:

I. BE BAPTIZED - Baptism is the first step of obedience for a new Christian. The first public act in the ministry of Jesus was His baptism by John the Baptist, in the river Jordan (Matthew 3:13-17). The New Testament teaches that baptism is an outward sign of an inward change (Romans 6:4). As a believer you should be baptized, not in order to be saved but because you are saved (Acts 8:35-40).

II. GET A KING JAMES BIBLE AND READ IT DAILY - Jesus said, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." (Matthew 4:4). Just as you need physical food in order to sustain physical life, so you need spiritual food (the Bible) to maintain spiritual life. Your growth as a Christian will be directly related to your personal application of the word of God.  Most dollar stores have KJV Bibles for only $1.00.

III. PRAY EVERYDAY - Jesus said, "men ought always to pray" (Luke 18:1). In another place we read, "Pray without ceasing" (I Thessalonians 5:17). There is nothing too great and nothing too small to take to the Lord in prayer. Thank God for all He has done for you. Ask Him for the strength and help you need to live for Jesus Christ.

IV. WITNESS FOR CHRIST - The greatest work in the world is soul winning and every Christian can and should bring others to the Saviour. Jesus said, "Ye shall be witnesses unto ME" (Acts 1:8). The Bible says, "He that winneth souls is wise" (Proverbs 11:30).  You are welcomed to use this site to help you witness.

V. TITHE YOUR INCOME - Tithing (giving a tenth) of your income is the Biblical method of supporting God's work. The Bible tells us, "Upon the first day (Sunday) of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him" (I Corinthians 16:2).

VI. ATTEND CHURCH REGULARLY - Every Christian should unite with a local, Bible believing church and share its worship, its fellowship and its witness. Regular church attendance should be as much of a habit as eating. "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together" (Hebrews 10:25) is a clear command of the Word of God. If you try to live the Christian life alone, failure will result. In unity, there is strength.

Atheist versus Agnostic:
* As an atheist, you believe there is no God but to practice this you must first prove there is no God. To do that you must research all information ever written, you must turn over every stone and even search every inch in the universe. No one has ever been able to prove there is no God, but an agnostic is a person who believes that you cannot know whether there is a God. This is what you must admit you are if you call yourself an atheist. Please return to the bold asterisk to keep reading
