1 lb ground beef![]()
1/2 cup breadcrumbs![]()
1/4 cup ketchup![]()
1/4 cup milk![]()
1 egg![]()
1 small onion, finely chopped![]()
2 cloves garlic, minced![]()
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce![]()
Salt and pepper to taste![]()
Topping:![]()
Mashed potatoes![]()
Steamed vegetables (peas, carrots)![]()
Gravy (optional)![]()
INSTRUCTIONS![]()
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.![]()
Mix all cupcake ingredients until well combined; fill muffin cups evenly.![]()
Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked and golden.![]()
Top baked cupcakes with mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, and optional gravy.![]()
Serve warm.
