Dry in many parts tomorrow, Wednesday, with a few sunny spells breaking through the cloud at times. A little patchy light rain or drizzle may develop in coastal fringes of the west and northwest. Highest temperatures generally 14 to 17 degrees with light to moderate southerly breezes.
