Amazing service provided by the excellent, friendly, and hard-working team Andy has. We had our kitchen and bathrooms done by Andy, Rick, and Dan (mainly), and all three were fantastic throughout the job. So good that we got them back to do a bit of extra work to the kitchen by knocking through into the next door to create a bit of kitchen living space. The guys are methodical with incredible attention to detail, meaning the end result is stunning and so well built. Whenever we have people around, they always mention how nice our kitchen and bathrooms are. And we agree, we absolutely love them! Honestly, I couldn't recommend Andy and his team enough! If you want an extremely well-built and stylish kitchen and / or bathroom, done in a timely manner, all for a very reasonable and fair price, then regency kitchens and bathrooms are your team! Thank you again to all. We couldn't be happier!

From start to finish the process was seamless. Col sent me a brochure as soon as I called and was round the day after to measure and price up. The fitter was exemplary, asking me where we wanted everything to go and took great pride in his trade. 5 star service in all aspects. Would thoroughly recommend

Absolutely brilliant company. I was recommended by a friend. Outstanding quality of work,especially as I have an old beamed,wonky cottage. Aaron and Ryan had a hard job but they dealt with it so well. Very professional, clean, tidy, really hard workers, friendly,cheerful and even checked on me, due to me having mobility issues. Engineer called Tuesday 21/05 after I had reported door stuck and not opening informed me wheel stuck on door but not to worry it’s covered by the guarantee he double checked this with the office and they said yep all covered and they will be in touch. Yep they were with an invoice of £60 inc vat apparently not covered,installation manager said human error,it’s not about the money it’s the principal of being told twice it was covered and the fact that I’ve had to make 4 phone calls as staff do not call back when promised. Customer loyalty and service are not high on LDG list,was looking at new windows back end of this year but won’t use these again

Scott and Nick were professional from the minute they arrived until the minute they left . All of our new windows and doors were fitted to a high standard and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Scott and Nick are a credit to DL Windows. Many thanks both.

Everything ran smoothly and top-quality double-glazing was installed. The fitters were courteous, friendly, very competent and tidy. The estimated time for fitting was met. I would highly recommend tyhis supplier.

I am delighted with the work carried out this morning. Didn't have to wait long between quotation and work being done. The two fitters arrived first thing this morning and the windows were fitted very quickly with no mess. They were friendly and helpful and did a great job. Cleaned up when they had finished and I didn't have to do anything more. I will definitely recommend West Country Windows to anyone who needs replacement windows.

I reached out to Omega Lifestyle for our conservatory after seeing the work that they completed on my parents’ conservatory, and two of their neighbours’ properties, and I was very impressed with what they had delivered. Following my initial enquiry on the web site, Omega were very quick to come back to me and swiftly arranged for Derek to visit our home to assess our requirements, make recommendations and give us advice on how we could achieve a conservatory that delivered everything that we wanted. Within 24 hours of Derek’s visit, we had a quote offering us a very competitive price for the design that we agreed on. Once we had confirmed that we wanted to proceed with the build, we had a final visit from Derek to take the final measurements and sign the paperwork and then work commenced the following week. All of the materials were delivered in advance of the work starting and without any issue and when the work did begin, Jason and his team arrived before 8.00 am each day and dug the foundations and erected the walls within three days. The framing and roofing team were also scheduled in very quickly once the brickwork had been completed, and did an outstanding job to finish off the structure. The work that was done on the lead flashing on the roof was of a particularly high standard and is a testament to the quality of the trades involved. The electricians that installed the lighting and the switches were also excellent and were very accommodating when we asked for some additional work to be carried out. Jason and his team then returned to site to do all the internal plastering and apply the self-levelling compound to the floor on a bank-holiday Monday and, again, added a superb finish to the room. Jason has also been kind enough to provide me with a quote for laying the floor tiles down and, judging by the quality of all the other work that he has done for us, we will be commissioning him. As I write this review, I have just received the certificate of guarantee from Omega for all of the work that they have done, and we could not be happier with what they have delivered. Their speed, efficiency, quality of work and customer service have been second to none and we could not recommend them highly enough. They have been a pleasure to do business with.
