Wellsville’s Nolan Rush voted Army Iron Man of the Year

Army Iron Man honors the best two-way high school football players in Kansas

 

KANSAS CITY, MO – The U.S. Army Kanas City Recruiting Battalion is proud to announce that Wellsville’s Nolan Rush is the Army Iron Man of the Year for Kansas.  Rush had 1,070 all-purpose yards with 180 yards rushing and two scores; a team-high 39 receptions for 817 yards and 14 touchdowns; scored  98 points, second-best on the team; recorded 32 tackles;  grabbed a team-high eight interceptions; defended three passes; recovered two fumbles; and recovered a fumble.  Fans from across the state selected Rush as the Army Iron Man from among ten finalists.
