Service visit and battery replacement on Generac 22kw standby generator.

Renewal of Two Systems , Performed HomeCare inspection on two systems. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Pressure are with manufacturers recommendations. Capacitor and contactor are not within manufactured recommendations . IQuietside mini split system for sunroom. Clean filters . Evaporator coil is clean. Blower wheel is clean. Systems are currently working

Repipe under kitchen sink

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Fill valve is broken, will not stop upon tank filling up, causing overflow Replace the fill valve and supply line and flapper

Replaced front and backyard hose bib shutoffs in crawl space from old gate valves to new 1/4 turn ball valves. Also replaced 1 inch prv in crawl space as well as main 1 inch shutoff under courtesy. Water turned back on at main to test and ensure proper function.

Client complaint is pipes rattling in the ceiling when hot water only is on and shut off. On arrival I could clearly hear water pipes moving in the ceiling when the hot water was turned off and then quickly closed. After performing a diagnostic recommend client remove drywall and locate the pipe that is not strapped. Client agreed to have the ceiling opened up to locate the pipe that’s moving. Measured from directly under the water heater and located the source of the issue. There is a develop length 8 feet of copper tubing that is not strapped. Overtime the section of tubing has bellied, which caused the noise when water was ran. Installed a piece of lumber and a two hole strap to secure the copper tubing at the proper location Code requires. The noise is completely gone and no other issues are found. Not responsible for drywall repair. Documented all work with pictures.

For this job, I worked on finishing running all three-quarter PVC for outdoor lighting and receptacles. pulled all circuits throughout all pipes, except for the ones in the front left front yard. will be returning next week to finish pulling remaining wire as well as install all outdoor light posts, outlets and outdoor sub panel.
