About Carl Garrison, PE
Carl has 31 years of experience and has been working in the water system industry since 1994. He has been in responsible charge of over 3,000 plan sets and has extensive experience with small water systems.
Carl has also been a Sedro-Woolley Rotarian and Toastmaster since 1996. He is past president of Rotary and of two Toastmasters Clubs.
