Good price, clean, well maintained. A cart was right inside the door which was nice, but had we known we didn’t have to wait until office hours to get a cart, we could have gotten a much earlier start. Parking for the interior spaces is challenging as there are no-parking signs near the doors. The doors have a threshold that isn’t flat so the carts have to be pushed hard to cross the threshold and the jolt makes items on the cart bounce off. A second person is needed to get thru the door without incident. I also found it inconvenient to have the key pad for the entry & exit gate on the psgr side. Having to get out of the truck and walk around to enter the code was annoying, twice, especially in the rain.

This is by far the best storage place I have ever used, and I’ve seen a lot. The first point is that I did not have to meet someone and sign physical paperwork, it was all done over the phone. I did not have to buy some crazy lock for the unit either so I did not lose a key etc. The app is simple and straight forward which made using it easy all the things you need are on the page. There’s a button to help you find your unit and it’s a loud beeping. You use your phone for the elevator your unit and the gates.

Been renting from here for over 2 years now. It’s clean and quiet. They have convenient business hours. I’ve accidentally left something outside my unit and I was called by the office staff to let me know. I’ve moved between units a couple times and it’s always been an easy transition. The property manager is wonderful and pleasant to work with.
