Bring your appetite and your walking shoes as you take a behind-the-scenes-tour in historic Hoboken, New Jersey of the most authentic Italian gourmet food businesses in the United States! You'll visit Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop, home of "Cake Boss" , as seen on The Learning Channel. You never know which cast member we'll run into! Sample some award-winning mozzarella cheese that's made right in front of you at Lisa's Italian Deli, named best Italian deli by NJ Monthly Magazine (again!). Try a piece of warm Italian bread, hand made and baked in a traditional coal-burning brick oven.
What's an Italian food tour without pizza? We'll stop at the Zagat-rated Grimaldi's Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria, for a sample of the best pizza this side of Naples! Want more? We'll visit Empire Coffee & Tea which has been owned by the same family since it was founded in 1908! As an added bonus we'll stop at the site of the childhood home of Hoboken's most famous son, Frank Sinatra! Plus much, much more...
The Hoboken Food Tour is given every other Saturday, April thru October. Tour groups are limited to 16 people so make your reservations now!

Hoboken is as little as eight minutes away from Manhattan on the PATH train. You can even use your NYC subway MetroCard to pay your PATH fare! Hoboken is so close to Manhattan it is often referred to as the 6th Borough.
