Trustbanq is a niche real estate brokerage house, with head office in Gurgaon. The primary goal of the organization is to create a differential experience for the discerning corporate buyers / investors in Gurgaon based on research.  Expansion plans for the other key cities of India is under way.

Presently, Trustbanq is focussed on Primarily three verticals:

Buying, Selling & Portfolio Management : Under this vertical, we are servicing individual clients as well as corporate organizations to help in acquiring quality assets and on the other hand helping them to sell assets at the market price in the shortest possible time frame. Some key clients have placed their trust with us and are happy to share their portfolio with us and allow us to manage the same to maximize returns on various assets, this involves understanding the client’s short term, medium term and long term goals and to work around fulfilling the same. Leasing & Relocation Services  : This is our vertical, where we help both individuals & corporate organizations who are either moving into Gurgaon or are relocating within Gurgaon. This involves elements of Research, Search & Transaction Management for our clients, on the one hand and helping the Landlords to lease out their premises at the prevailing market prices on the other hand.

Research & Consulting : This vertical is more of working with developers & our principals and is primarily involved in providing valuable market insights, customer perceptions, help define the new products & pricing with our principals, land acquisitions and the whole nine yards, including helping them brand the products and to work on the go to market strategy etc.
