Chilling bodycam footage captured the moment a five-year-old blind and deaf Shih Tzu mix named Teddy was gunned down by Sturgeon police officer Myron Woodson on Sunday. Woodson was seen trying to capture the dog that was lost before cocked his gun and shot the helpless animal. Woodson has been placed on paid leave and Teddy's owner, Nicholas Hunter, has filed a $1million lawsuit against the town and Woodson.

Footage from a Michigan court hearing went viral after the defendant Corey Harris, who had a suspended license, joined the Zoom call while clearly behind the wheel. District Judge Cedric Simpson of Ann Arbor is seen in the video reacting with disbelief as Harris dials in, his seatbelt visible across his torso and his car obviously in motion. The legal teams in the court room stood in disbelief, as shown on the Zoom call, while those attending the hearing in the back of the court did their best to contain their laughter.

The suspect from the video taken at Gwen Margolis Park in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida , was quickly identified as Robert Sandy Marcu, 60. Marcu was charged with aggravated child abuse with great bodily harm and battery by strangulation, though he described the incident in court as 'minor.' Video of the alleged strangling shows Marcu grabbing a 10-year-old boy by the neck and shaking him at the park.

Professor Stephen P. Leatherman, whose nickname is Dr. Beach, revealed his list of the 10 best US beaches earlier this month. Dr. Leatherman, a Professor and Director of the Laboratory for Coastal Research at Florida International University, considered factors like sand softness, sunny days, and cleanliness into account when creating his annual list. He used a five-point scale based on 50 criteria store when ranking all of the beaches on his list. According to the Professor, the best US beaches are located in states like Hawaii, New York, and Florida.

Charley Hull, the world's No. 8 women's golfer, channeled her inner John Daly while signing autographs for fans at the US Women's Open on Tuesday. Hull put her pen to paper - so to speak - all while having a lit cigarette in her mouth while greeting fans at the Lancaster Country Club in Pennsylvania. The image made the rounds on social media - even reaching the phones of those competing in the event itself, as World No. 1 Nelly Korda showed it to Hull and fellow golfer Megan Khang as the three shared a laugh.

Model and fashion designer Alyona Shikhova feels 'blessed' to be alive after rejecting a creepy marriage proposal from Jared Ravizza, now accused of stabbing six people in Massachusetts. Ravizza approached Shikhova during a photoshoot in April 2023 and made some unsettling advances while promised to help promote her brand. Shikhova became uncomfortable and cut ties with him, later recognizing him in news reports about the violent attacks. Ravizza, has been arraigned on multiple charges and is undergoing a mental health evaluation. He faces further charges for his alleged crimes. Shikhova remains in shock and grateful for her safety calling life 'a gift'.

Campbell County High School (inset) graduate Micah Price (left) strayed from his approved speech and told his classmates to find God during his commencement ceremony Friday (right). His initial remarks were met with a roaring applause which led the Air Force bound graduate to go off script. 'He is the light, he is the way, the truth and the life,' Price said. He has not received his diploma and will only get it after he meets with the Campbell County High School principal to explain why he broke the rules.

The 26-year-old man named only as AK met his spouse Adinda Kanza (pictured together left), also 26, on Instagram in 2023 and the pair dated in person for a year after hitting it off online. During their in-person meetings, Adinda wore a traditional Muslim niqab that covered her entire face - which AK reportedly took as a sign for her devotion to Islam. The couple decided to get married and opted for a small ceremony at AK's home after Adinda told him that she no longer had any family. But AK grew suspicious of his new wife soon after tying the knot on April 12, since she avoided intimacy by telling him she was on her period or feeling unwell, according to the South China Morning Post. 

Rory McIlroy did not inform estranged wife Erica Stoll that he intended to divorce her in person, according to a report.  The PGA Tour star filed to divorce Stoll following seven years of marriage just 24 hours after winning the Wells Fargo Championship in Charlotte, North Carolina.  However, it has now emerged that the four-time major winner hired a private investigator to serve the divorce papers to Stoll at their family home. 

Brooks, 19, was killed when she was hit by a car in East Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on January 15 2023 after a group of men who allegedly raped her left her on the side of the road. Brooks' mother, Ashley Bausteret, described Brooks' final moments saying: 'The worst possible thing that can happen to anyone happened to my daughter.'

Prosecutors have charged Jack Joseph Ball, 23, with two counts of second-degree murder in connection with the death of his sister Bethany Israel, seen here with her husband Jack. Police had been called to the home of Ball in Lakeville, Minnesota, last Thursday after family members grew concerned for Israel. Israel had been between 17 and 18 weeks pregnant at the time and officers entered the property to discover 'several dismembered body parts' belonging to her.

A woman who got divorced twice before the age of 35 has revealed what really went wrong in her marriages. Leah Marie Mazur, now 41, was first married from 2008 to 2014, but found she and her ex 'weren't compatible' before they split. By 2016, the New York native had met and married her second husband, but again, things didn't work out, and they divorced by early 2019. Leah said she had a 'wake up call,' and turned to 'practicing mindfulness, meditation, journaling, and cultivating self-awareness,' which eventually lead her to being in 'the healthiest relationship [she's] ever been in,' with her now-husband of three years.

Kelly, who appeared in Dance Moms with her daughters Brooke and Paige from 2011 until 2014, shared the heartbreaking news with E! News this morning. She explained that she first started to suspect that something was wrong after she suddenly lost a significant amount of weight, despite not making any changes to her day-to-day life. Then, in late March, she said she noticed a lump in her breast and decided to get it checked - despite having had a 'clean mammogram' just eight months prior. She then got a biopsy, and doctors told her that she had invasive carcinoma grade three.

A family beach house collapsed into the ocean from the Outer Banks of North Carolina in the early hours of Tuesday, authorities said, becoming the sixth home to crash into the water as shoreline erosion continues in the area. In a press release, Cape Hatteras National Seashore said that a cleanup was underway at the site, confirming that the home was unoccupied when the incident occurred in the community of Rodanthe, 100 miles south of Virginia Beach. The house plunged into the Atlantic around 2:30am local time, officials said. During the cleanup, around one mile of beach area had to be closed to the public. The debris is expected to drive towards the Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge.

Two California teens with a documented history of trespassing filmed themselves scaling a fence at Knott's Berry Farm and riding attractions without paying for admission. The video was uploaded to video sharing platform TikTok and has since racked up over 1 million views. In a statement, a representative said the theme park was aware of the incident and was actively working with police to bring the trespassers to justice. To add insult to injury, this was not their first stunt - and they have been sharing their antics online with more than 19,000 social media followers. In February, they drew the attention of law enforcement when they snuck into the Intuit Dome in Inglewood. It is unclear if they have faced charges for any of the incidents.

A Married At First Sight bride managed to shorten her bucket list when she got the opportunity to take a swim with a ferocious crocodile. Ashley Irvin, who appeared on the 2018 season of the Channel Nine dating show, documented her trip on Instagram, sharing footage of herself coming face to face with a croc behind protective glass. New footage shows the moment a South Carolina school bus driver lost control and smashed through a mobile home, leaving two students onboard shocked but uninjured. Video released Tuesday by Greenville County Schools shows the moments leading up to the April 15 crash. The bus veers into the grass on the right side of the road and overcorrects left, plowing into a yard and taking out a fence and a mailbox in the process. The vehicle only comes to a stop after slamming through the wall of a mobile home. The South Carolina Highway Patrol ticketed the driver for speeding; she is no longer employed by the district.
