Visualware is a private Network Application and Performance Management Assessment Company, based in Turlock, California, founded by Henry Harris and Julian Palmer in 2001. The two Founders complement each other and are highly skilled in business development, finance, operations, engineering and marketing. They previously held executive positions in public companies and start-ups and with their innovative experience and expertise have been instrumental in successfully turning around struggling companies. Their strong desire to deliver internet-focused solutions to efficiently assess network connections became the driving force in forming their own company; thus Visualware was born.

When the user migration from desktop to tablets and smart devices hit phenomenal success, the market for monitoring, testing and measuring network connections exploded. In the last decade, Visualware became obsessed with the quality of user experience (UX), and developed a unique technology platform, MyConnection Server (MCS), a network assessment tool set that precisely measures, tests and reports the performance, quality and efficiency of network connections end-to-end and edge-to-edge. Over the past four years I have used MyConnection Server for WAN circuit baseline and commit rate validating. Use of MCS has helped me understand how last mile carriers use various mechanism to shape/policy our traffic. This tool truly shines when connections begin to degrade and I am able to provide the carrier with data that clearly identifies when the circuit began performing poorly. I have also used the data to distinguish between good and superior peering partners.
