Saw a car online. The sales person who contacted me said he could bring the price down to meet my budget. When I arrived oh no the car was side swiped just that morning. Then the tried to sell me some piece of junk for the same price. Waste of time. Really the dictionary version of a used car salesman.

BUYERS BEWARE!
This place is full of scam artists. Everyone we spoke to gave us misleading information and the numbers and rates kept changing. They input the credit information incorrectly and set off a fraud alerts in the credit bureaus. They kept us there all day and we left with a ton of issues. They brought us back a second time and tried to bait and switch us on rates, down payment and monthly payment. Shout out to Alex, our salesman. He was not a pushy, high pressure type of pitch. Rather 'here is the car, go for a test drive. Do you have any questions about the car or notice any issues with it...etc?'. Very polite and relaxed.
Pro tip: if you do all your homework/research before your trip into the store, it is just a matter of curating the perfect pickup for you (AKA the right model, color, features and engine, and so on).

Went with my friend to purchase a used auto. She Spoke with Oreyon James who took his time and worked with her to try and get a car she wanted. Finance dept also worked with her...they really wanted to enable her to drive the car off the lot. Unfortunately it was the insurance companies who ruined it. We wish to thank Oreyon James and staff for their courtesy and professionalism.

Plaza made the buying process totally painless, no pressure. I didn't feel like I was signing my life away. You just show them the car you like, and they make it work. No games, no tricks. The salesman was so easy to talk too, I felt like I knew him for years. Going back again. Love the experience.

This place is among the biggest of legal scam locations I have ever seen. I am now a two time customer and could speak from experience, my first auto must have been taken care of by the previous owner. My newer vehicle however was a much more different situation. The used vehicle still had the stock breaks the original owner had on it. when I mentioned to the service desk about hearing a scrapping noise and notifying them to check the breaks, I was told they didn't need to be changed [My first visit].
The second visit was much more disturbing, they called me to schedule for an inspection. I committed to it and went to the dealership for a second time with the new vehicle. When I got there mentioned still hearing the scrapping sound and was told yet AGAIN they were fine. Sure enough, I received a ticket recently for an invalid inspection sticker took it to pep boys to get inspected and told I now needed 4 new breaks, 4 new rotors and its about to affect my calipers. I wish I could give this business 0 stars. A family friend helped me lease a car from them when I was in a rough spot and when it came time for that lease to end I wanted to purchase the vehicle because I loved it so much, however, they made it the most difficult process I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and avoid speaking to Rovelle. He was completely unprofessional and really threw me around and made things complicated. He has no idea what he's doing. After we settled on the final purchasing price apparently he "messed up the paperwork" and there was another additional charge which he told me "technically they could just eat the charge" but apparently he had gotten into a fight with his manager (i did not need to know that) and he was "on thin ice" with him so when I asked his manager about it he said "no we can't do that who told you that" and put me in a really awkward position between the two of them. There's obviously big miscommunication here. -THEN- after FOUR AND A HALF hours of waiting for paperwork that should've been done in 30 minutes. I finally have the car and take it home. Then, TWO MONTHS LATER they start blowing up my phone apparently they don't have the right documentation to update my registration which should've already been done. I'm a full time student and am taking finals, when I ignored their call they called me 4 more times in a row!!! So embarrassing to have my phone go off like that during testing. They are greedy and only care about your money. They have no care for you or your wants or needs. Horrible customer service, dirty business. You're better off taking the bus or walking rather than buying a car here.

I recently moved to Central Jersey and had been shopping around for a used Prius as I am now traveling from Central Jersey to New York City for work. I went to a few dealerships in New Jersey but was not impressed. I went to Plaza Auto Mall in Brooklyn and what a difference in service!! Junior and Adrianna were AMAZING!! Their service is second to none!! I ended up getting a used Prius with very low mileage at a GREAT price at a much better price then any of the other dealerships offered. So not only did I get a great price, their service was also great. Well done Plaza Auto Mall!!!!

My experience from a selling perspective. This is the third time I have used Plaza Auto Mall and it has been a positive experience each time. This time was especially tough and emotional because I was selling my grandfather's car who had recently passed away. Everyone from Chastity on prior phone calls to Luis when I arrived to Jose completing my paperwork was sensitive and caring all the way through. I have and will continue to recommend Plaza Auto Mall to anyone who ask what to do with a car they need to sell.

When I initially came to Plaza it was very referral threw my brother, I never would have imagined that I would have been scammed. I ENDED UP playing way more for a vehicle that was listed on their website for 16,594 and ended up playing way more. 3,160 was added onto the initial car price and I was told that this was service fees, after leaving the dealership I went over the contract that was given to me and I contacted Toyota customer care service and was made aware that the warranty is optional where at the dealership they stated that that was a fee that was mandatory. I am extremely disappointed in the practices in which this dealership scam and deceive consumers who is just looking to purchase a vehicle with all these hidden so-called fees. This has been a terrible year for a lot of consumers so you would think they will have some type of compassion I know that people are just looking to sustain and stay above water I feel totally violated and something needs to be done about this practice of business. the finance manager TWO Kevin Weeks and Kevin Klein. The salesman WHO IS THE ultimate WOLF in sheep clothing is STEVEN SHUMEL is a Master of manipular. I went in on 7 -9-2021 a week after the deal because I was told by both MR Klein & SHUMEL they would cancel the Warranty. ONLY upon arrival that there is NO DEAL without the FORCED WARRANTY. MIND YOU I ALREADY HAVE POSSEION on said vehicle. MY emails and phone calls went unanswered. Email Sent after leaving dealership today. To say Im a disappointed customer is an understatement-although my situation was not ideal, I never taught I would have been tricked or forced into getting customer care service for a warranty I did not need. To compensate for YOUR MISHANDLING OF THIS DEAL! Mr. Steven You are a LIAR AND A MASTER manipulator.
You never advise me of any mandatory service fees. I honestly got misguided. Furthermore, you and I both know that when we look online the care stated it for sale for 16,592. Which you advise I needed to stay 15-17 price range. Thus, me looking online plaza website, at no time did you say the car selected was in 20 k range.
