PSG Institute of Management delivered a Management Development program for enhancing the soft skills of the Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) of Carborundum Universal Limited on April 10 and 11, 2024 at Kochi. The program aimed at enhancing the time management, emotional management, interpersonal skills, and team effectiveness of the GETs. The comprehensive training program was meticulously designed to enhance participants' proficiency across critical areas of personal and professional development. The two-day program was engaging and had self-assessments, activities, games, group presentations, and takeaway assignments. Dr. R. Deepa, Associate Professor and Stream Head - Human Resources, PSGIM, and Dr. Kirupa Priyadarsini, Associate Professor, Program Co-ordinator- MBA, PSGIM served as the facilitators for the session.
