Devoted to the mighty mollusc, Falmouth Oyster Festival is one of Cornwall’s biggest and most-loved specialist food events. 2023 marked the 25th Anniversary of the festival and we were delighted that so many of you joined us to celebrate the native Fal Oyster and diversity of Cornish seafood with four days of feasting and festivities.
Falmouth Oyster Festival promises the return of a packed programme full of flavoursome fun. If you enjoy fresh Cornish seafood and an eclectic mix of music and first-class entertainment, then it’s not one to miss! Join us for live cookery demonstrations from Cornwall’s top chefs and food experts, indulge in the tastes of native oysters and local produce and treat yourself to unique goods from our arts and craft market.

Each day local chefs demonstrated their gastronomic flair and shared their culinary skills, showcasing oysters.
