    Wilma is a business consultant within Infor M3 in Columbus. Last year, Wilma returned home from a customer visit in the USA. With a week's notice, she had to pack her bags, board a flight across the Atlantic, and become a key person for the client who had just gone live with their new ERP system. Our goal is to achieve an average revenue growth rate of 10% and to culminate with an EBITDA margin of 15% by the close of 2026.
