Little Caesar's Pizza

Absoluty Disgusting! This is the third time, and the reason for me giving them chance after chance is this place used to be so GOOOD! But they give out old pizza, don't show you the pizza hoping you just walk out and I one and only time I was brave enough to reject it and make a new one and I was cool to wait. It's under done so yeah
you all need a manager that won't allow pure shit to leave the store. Take some pride in your work

Quality is disgusting- half a** cooks- they need to get better employees who can actually assist the customer and care about their job place has gone down hill

this place has gone completely down the drain. The workers are a bunch of high schoolers who couldn't careless besides a few. Completely half assed my order which I returned right away. This is common occurrence at this location. This is the last time I'm coming to this Little Caesars location. DONT GO HERE

Paper thin cheese on 2 inches on the pizza, uneven cuts, mostly crust. Ceres Little Ceasars has been on a downfall for years and it's just gotten worse. Change management immediately. It's not even the cheapest pizza anymore so you can even say you get what you pay for. Little Ceasars doesn't advertise 2inches of cheese per slice with paper thin layer of cheese. Do better or get out of the food industry.

first off, the employees they are not professional. Some of them... they will be having a conversation while taking someone's order and even cussing while speaking to their coworker in front of the customers. Not classy at all, I mean it's just a pizza joint, but still the employees should have some class because they are representing the company.
They take so long to make the pizzas here. Be prepared to wait a while for a pizza because sometimes their pizzas are not always ready to be bought they will be in the process of still making them.
Placing an order over the phone is best and more guaranteed you'll get your food at the time you would like to.

We've tried this location so many times, hoping they would get better, but it never does. Too many pizzas are undercooked, literally raw dough in the center. Multiple times we've walked in to pick up our pizzas we ordered over the phone, stood there for 20 min without the line moving, and said forget it and walked out. The employees are all just hanging out, supervisors are kids. They're all on their phones, taking selfies just seems like nobody cares. Where is the manager?

Today I ordered and paid for 2 deep dish pizzas with extra sauce and pepperoni!! I did not get that. I tried to eat my pizza and they were so dry I felt like someone had there hands on my throat! How dare u charge me for extras and I cheat me! I will never retro your location. Act like u care about ur customers before u don't have any.

Employees can be rude and don't seem to care much. Management probably just cares about making sure numbers are right for regional management so doubt they care enough to hire better employees. Food was standard little Caesars food. The cheese bread was very good and it didn't take long to get my order.

I used to come to this place at least once a month and have no issues. But, since last year before Covid, the food and customer service sucks. Rude employees and managers who are teenagers or college kids that never apologizes when they mess up. The last few times I went, they gave my pizza to someone else. Then recently they never made my bread sticks that I ordered and paid for ahead of time. I rather go to Mountain Mike's and pay more money there for quality food and service. Good bye Little Caesar's, never going there again.

This store is way more expensive compared to the other ones I have been to. Also, our classic pizza had no crust. It was literally neat and cheese. I was not interested in having a keto style pizza. There was no butter/oil on crazy bread. I can see why the other Yelpers were disappointed in this chain. However, the staff are extremely friendly and personable.
