Bright for many for the rest of the day with spells of sunshine and scattered showers, some heavy. However, it will be cloudier in south Leinster and east Munster with showery rain in the south and south midlands. Highest temperatures of 9 to 13 degrees in light to moderate northerly or variable winds.

Tonight

Scattered showers at first tonight will gradually die out and it will turn cold and dry with long clear spells. Some mist and fog patches will develop. A touch of grass frost possible with lowest temperatures of -2 to +3 degrees in a light northerly or variable breeze.

Tomorrow

A cold, dry and bright start tomorrow with widespread sunshine developing as any mist and fog clears. Turning cloudier from the west through the morning and afternoon with scattered showers spreading eastwards, some of which will turn heavy. Highest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees in light to moderate southwesterly winds.
